Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Good food and service. A little annoying you have to pay 25 cents for BBQ sauce but that's my only complaint.

The guy that waited on us at the counter was on drugs..he knew absolutely nothing about anything at Zaxby's and seemed to be confused about everything. The food was just ok...nothing special.

You might as well go sit down somewhere to eat rather than go through drive through. It's pathetic.

Chicken overcooked. Had to wait with 8 other dinners getting cold for an order to go because a salad didn't put the chicken in the side as ordered. Can't imagine why remaking 1 salad took so long. A minor issue, but the person it was for is vegetarian, and I knew she wouldn't appreciate having to pick out the meat from her meal.

Good service. Great food. Long wait.

I gave this 3 stars instead of 5 because they brought me the wrong sandwich & side. I took it back they just put it on different bread & brought it back out to me. Not a cajun club & chips but a grilled club & onion rings. At this point I just ate it. The onion rings are excellent though, but I wanted chips. Restrooms are clean & so was dining room. Double check your receipt.

This is one of the best Zaxby's I've been to. Super friendly and their big salad is the best I think I've ever had- huge portions, delicious chicken, tomatoes, egg, Yum Yum Good Stuff! I'll be back to this location!

First trip to Zaxbys yesterday afternoon and was not disappointed. Wonderful location, clean, and kind, helpful staff. Chicken was delicious, Zax's sauce was a must!

The Good: Very tasty Texas toast, you can replace the cole slaw with double toast, and the sweet iced tea is top of the totem pole in Stillwater.

Good food bad wait time

They have messed up my order two times too many. The second immediately after I spoke with the manager about my previous order being wrong. I will not be back.

Tried something new today and it was really good! Slow service though.

Every table was full at lunch today. Everyone waiting for their food. The entire restaurant! It took 30 minutes to receive 2 salads. Had to ask for them to go it took so long. Got back to work to find out they forgot the egg on my Cobb salad and the ranch dressing. Slowest restaurant in town!

We used to eat at Zaxby's near Gulf Shores, AL. When we moved to West TX, there wasn't a Zaxby's anywhere around. We spent 8 years wishing for the best chicken on the planet. Then we moved to OK. There was a Zaxby's! Oh happy day! It was such a wonderful experience! Great food and wonderful service. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasty. Worth the wait!
