The staff was friendly and took my order immediately. I ordered the large rib dinner with coleslaw and brisket beans. It came with Texas toast. The coleslaw was delicious. It had a great creamy taste, but was still crunchy, not soggy like some. If you like a more vinegar tasting slaw, this isn’t for you. The brisket beans had quite a bit of meat in them, but I like a sweeter sauce in the beans. This was more tangy, maybe. That’s just a personal preference, nothing wrong with them. I still ate them. Now the ribs. I picked up the first one, and the bone fell right out! They had great flavor and were seasoned well! I ate three of the six, and have enough left for a good snack later. Dinner and a Diet Pepsi was under $22, plus the tip. Definitely worth it. I will try to make it back. (I don’t live nearby)

We stop here every once in while on the way to OKC. Food is excellent, portions are great, and the customer service is 2nd to none. Highly recommend. We will continue to stop here when we can. Keep up the great work. It’s tough to find a restaurant where customer service is the top priority. All the employees work together to ensure your visit is exceptional.

Stopped at the 5 Star when on a road trip. Was real conveniently located near the Hampton inn in Stroud OK. She had the chicken and I had the all you can eat ribs. The food ,service ,and atmosphere were all - ok , nothing was exceptional , but nothing was terrible !!! Did get a laugh out of their sign !

8 of us stopped in for lunch. Took abit to get the drinks but after that everything went smooth. Decent sandwiches. Hot bbq sauce needs more heat, need fresher pickles(for real).... and coleslaw. Sandwiches were fresh.

What can you say about the best barbecue in town? It’s the best barbecue in town! The loaded potatoes are huge. The salads are awesome. The Q is on point. Portions are generous. And the prices are reasonable. It’s a regular stop.
Just tried their cheese burgers. They were top notch burgers just as we ordered. Anytime I want a burger, this is the place I'm going. Price was on par with other restaurants.
