Incompetency at the ownership level. I feel sorry for the people that have to work here. The problem isn’t the crew or the management. The policy and procedure of the ownership is at a level that would be considered embarrassing from a business perspective.
A double biscuit and gravy is two biscuits and gravy. You can’t open one biscuit put gravy on and charge for two. This McDonald’s is the worst and rip’s everyone off.
We have visited this McDonalds today and last Monday. I waited to post a review to make sure our first visit wasn’t a “fluke”. We went thru the D.T both times and had minimal wait. Employee was pleasant and smiling both times at cash window. Second window I was totally expecting to be parked since we ordered a Mocha Frappe’ but nope!
