i came in here two times today and SUE the older lady and KAT are straight up rude she came ab after 3 min of me waiting and her walking by to ask what i wanted and walked away in the middle of me telling her i had a doordash. KAT is over here snatching food out of her workers hands while she just bags food. she needs to learn manners .

I ordered from the kiosk 2 items (not special order) and waited 38 minutes watching 5 to 6 other people order and leave. The cashier was having trouble with language barriers on an order while the manager was clueless sitting in the lobby. I finally asked and the cook from the ba k helped me. The counter person didn't even acknowledge me. I come here once a week to get a fliet of fish for my ninety year old father and every time we order its wrong. One filet o fish One hamburger Not even complicated or special and never get it right.

Worst McDonald’s ever!!!! I try to avoid coming to this McDonalds unless I’m really hungry and wanting to grab somewhere quick since I haven’t been in about a year I thought maybe it would be better yea no not the case at all all my buns for my cheeseburgers and mchickens were burnt and tasted like burnt bread and the texture was so hard to even chew!!! We asked for regular fries not any special request and they came without any salt at all!!!! My husband got a large meal and they gave him a medium cup!!! Employees were also overall rude when taking order and grabbing money for payment!!! If u can just go to the turnpike or chandler this place for the last 6 years has been like this!!!! As a former employee at a McDonalds this needs to change never seen one as bad as this!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

You get what you get when you go to McDonald's This place is food seem extra dry I had been in the warmer for way too long or somebody else ordered it didn't want it didn't pick it up They gave me somebody's order I've been sitting in a bag I don't know was not impressed It was kind of late at night but not that late considering they have a 24-hour drive-thru

The slowest McDonald’s in human history, I have been here over a dozen times and never once were they timely and they’re not even busy half the time. I’m currently sitting in line waiting on two McChickens and it’s been over 10 minutes.
