The entire service plaza is closed. McDonald's is closed. The service plaza is closed. Exit 158 is under heavey construction. Do not plan to stop here

Literally every time I go to this place I leave angry. It’s by and far got to be the worst mcdonalds..
This is given one star because I don't have the option to give no stars at 7 o'clock. AM store is not open scheduled to be opened at 6. No workers showing up for work. No manager willing to come to the door to answer any questions or solve any problems. Customer service is crap. Go find another McDonald's. Stay away from this one. We found this out after placing a mobile order that nobody at McDonald's will cancel or credit back. When the remodel and grand reopening are held, eat before you come, do not order here, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, LOSE YOUR ORDER, AND REFUSE YOU A REFUND WHILE HOLDING A RECEIPT IN YOUR HAND. This is what management did to me, and others standing around me.

Place for snacks on the road you can stop to rest and have a snack excellent place, clean neat friendly staff cooked very quickly. Thank you

Would not offer to make a triple cheese as a meal (all other stores do? 🤷) Took forever to get food. (20 minutes) Staff acted like it was a chore to serve you. Full tude

I could build a bridge with how hard the fries are. And the staff had WAAAYYYY to much nasty attitude for me to deal with. Poor food, poor service, FILTHY LOBBY..OMGOODNESS
All trash cans were full, all tables filthy, food on the floor, employees just standing around, bathrooms dirty, bathroom trash also full.
It's McDonald's how good can it get?
This is the coolest McDonald's I've seen and I have literally reviewed hundreds of them Justin was awesome it's so sad that they'll be tearing it down soon
