McDonald's should stop selling milkshakes and get rid of their milkshake machine altogether. The automated kiosk should not be selling me milkshakes they can't provide...... I'm pretty much done with McDonald's

This is a McCrispy? It’s anything but crispy. When I asked if it shouldn’t have lettuce and sauce I was just told that’s what I ordered. Unbelievable! What she should have said is, “Would you like me to add some sauce?”
Had to order from Kiosk. The young lady taking orders was too busy trying to open change to acknowledge my existence. I order a #4 dbl qtr w cheese. It took 10 minutes in lobby to receive. Several employees standing around outside for a smoke break. It was 400 pm. Bathroom was filthy and the garbage cans in the lobby were overflowing. The ketchup in the dispenser was very sour like it’s no good. Told whom I thought was in charge and he said ok! I would be embarrassed if this was my franchise!

Dining area dirty 6 employees standing around talking. Took 10 minutes to be able to order and another 15 to get my food. You would think that during a slow time they could at least clean the tables or something, but no talking and bsing is more important. I am a truck driver and depend on fast service so I can get moving again. On top of that all of these fast food places in truck stops and service plazas are price gouging us. We have no where else to go

To be fair i use the drive in most days. Food is always good (for a mcdonalds) and the attendants are nice enough but a few of the younger ones have the personality of a tree. Not rude or anything just "will you be using the app. Have a good day all monotone"
