Stopped here on our way home from OKC. True Rt. 66 experience. Inside felt like we stepped back in time. Food was delicious and not overly priced. Amazingly broad menu mostly comprised of comfort food. I think what stkod out is that tbe place was being fun by three hs/collega age girls that were all very good workers. If you order a beverage you get a free souvy cup to take home. Great little stop...Hope to make it back again.
From Tulsa I always stop at the Rock Cafe on my way to Oklahoma City. Except on Sunday as they are closed. Anyway I have been going to the Rock for years. Always good food & service. This is the first time I've ever been early enough for breakfast. I've always had lunch before. We started with the beignets and my buddy had the breakfast burrito with hash browns. I had the bacon & cheese omelet with hash browns and wheat toast. I had coffee and my friend had tea....
Breakfast at the Rock Cafe this morning started the day off right, service was outstanding friendly and helpful. Beverly is a new friend and the other waitress is a neighbor. This was our first visit since August 17 2015 which was unsatisfactory in just about every way. This time was completely different Food was great and service was tremendous. Sorry it has taken us ten years of passing it by before we ventured in again but glad we did. Oh and Dawn I grew up in Oklahoma Graduated...
