Okay yeah the food is good, but when I ordered a delivery for cash, it took almost 2 hours for a small pizza and chicken Alfredo. Then I got a call from someone at the store saying I had to pay with card because it was going through doordash. Well the dasher shows up and says I'm okay to pay with cash. It's obvious that some of these people do not know what they are doing and need to be trained well enough to do their jobs.
Quality of food & friendliness of the staff has improved ALOT over the past 6 months- possible a year (?) I am guessing a chg in mgmt occurred...whatever it is, keep up the great work!
I'll actually like to give it a 4.5 stars, but this was my first visit (I live in OKC, was visiting my nephew). But the staff really impressed me with the service. Really makes a difference in the whole experience. The food was okay, but one of the staff had overheard a comment I made to my nephew and said "you know we can X, Y and Z" (basically do many things at no extra cost to make it like I liked better). If I lived down there I would definitely see if it lived...
