Fajita meat was tough, we waited to be seated for 10 minutes without anybody saying anything to us. Wasn't even busy.

I liked the dim/cool atmosphere even at 4pm when it was blazing hot outside. But the California Burrito was average tasting to me. Nice touch was getting to pick chicken and steak, but I've never seen a cheese sauce covered burrito in CA (nor the other 5 states I've lived in. This seems to be an OK thing). House salsa was tasty but not hot, and their hotter salsa was nice and spicy but i didn't like the taste as it reminded me of that mexican candy covered in chili pepper-powder. The tea didnt taste fresh and though not busy, the restaurant was loud with conversation.

I have been visiting this restaurant for several years for lunch. Friday July 26th I arrived for lunch. I ordered chicken fajita nachos. The nachos arrived about 20 minutes later. The restaurant was not busy. I should have taken a photo. Apparently my order was forgotten. When the server brought it to me, they just dropped it on the table and left quickly. The cheese had already congealed on the chips and the chicken was overcooked. I only took a few bites of the chicken pieces and pushed the plate aside. No servers ever came and checked on me while I was there for almost an hour. I had to walk up to the cashier who asked me which table I was sitting at and I pointed to it. When asked if I wanted a receipt so I could write my tip, I told her I was not leaving a tip. I tried explaining why, but other customers walked in and the cashier brushed me off. I was very surprised by the poor service and food I received.
