Waited over 20 minutes in stall with no answer. No other cars but in drive thru. So I pulled thru there (only few in line) lady said be with you in few minutes. I said I had simple call in of two milk shakes and wanted to know if stalls were not working because I had been there a long time. Manager became extremely angry and said she would refuse to serve us. Worst fast food experience I've ever experienced. Super slow service, terrible attitude and the hygeine of the employees was disgusting.
close down and hire all new staff. this is the worst Sonic in the world!
