Came in the morning the sand which was good but when I got the cookies after I had already left they were still raw in the middle.

The way my sister was treated by your staff today was absolutely unacceptable!! Your other location on Downing Street offers diet Minute Maid lemonade, and when she asked for it at this location she was mocked and talked down to and told she could "go to the other location" BY THE MANAGER AT THAT. Disgusting behavior!
