Stopped by during happy hour for some drinks. I spoke with the manager. He was super friendly and great customer service. I accidentally got a diet cherry limeade instead of a regular and he was very friendly offered to fix it right away and give me a coupon for a free drink. Very good customer service and super friendly.
I frequently visit the Sonic Drive-In in Tecumseh, Oklahoma, conveniently located just a couple of minutes from where I work. I always order the soft pretzel with nacho cheese, mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce, and a cherry limeade. I use the app during happy hour and have never had any issues with my order. Melissa is genuinely the best carhop I've had at any sonic I've been to, ever. I stop at three different locations near daily on the way to work too so she has competition! And still comes out on top ?
