After a disappointing dinner the night before, chips n ale was a pleasant surprise for lunch. The staff worked cohesively, quite friendly and my food was cooked to order and fresh when it came out. Highly recommend.

We came to winstar again and decided to eat chips and ales for the 8th time because it’s always delicious. My issue this time is I was told that I have to eat off a to go box because I came 30 minutes before they closed. I really wish this was on there sign. Honestly to me it should be on there websight and in store sign so people know. It’s one of my favorite places to eat in winstar casino. But I’m not much in to a styrofoam plate after spending thousands on gambling just wanted the experience of fine dining. I think we are gonna choose a different dinning location from here on out after this.

We were looking forward to pub food, but this was the greasiest fish, chicken and shrimp we’ve ever had. All the proteins tasted the same since I assume they were cooked in the same, perhaps old grease. The fries were equally greasy and extremely soggy. When we cleared the table, a puddle of grease was left under each basket. Overall we were extremely disappointed.

If you are craving pub style fish and chips, they got it right. Cod was crispy and chips were just the right amount of greasy and crispy. Cole slaw was cold and tangy with the perfect amount of sauce.

The only complaint I have is that the dining area is open to the casino, where you can smoke. Smelling smoke while trying to eat detracts from the experience.
The fish was horrible. I don't see how they are still in business. I was sick afterwards, had to leave the casino.

Love eating here but not this time No One smiles,Just cashier she was cool even though it was packed...I told the Guy in the dinning area if they were gonna to clean tables as a bunch were dirty he Said yes(Nothing) told same Guy ice machine was out he said you can use the other one,The other never got filled..now the food, look at pictures fish was tiny I set a fry on it to show size almost like fish sticks I have ordered it before & have been normal size not this time.tenders burnt & Dry Shrimp tiny you can barely see them in the picture...

This is more of a 3.5. I will say the pricing is good for a casino restaurant. I got the chicken tender salad. So I didn't know the tenders would be super breaded like the fish and they also overdid it with the spring mix. So it was decent at best. Also not a good variety on hot sauce brands either.

The fish, chicken and shrimp here are all great. They handcut the fries where you can see it being done too! It gets busy, but if there are only 2-3 groups in front of you in line, you’ll be fine. It’s worth a try for sure!
