“My Husband and I had our 3 year anniversary dinner tonight at vinos. Abi was our waitress. We highly recomend this restaurant. The staff was amazing. Abi made sure to give us enough time when we needed it and gave me the suggestion of the seafood ravioli when I just couldn't decide what I wanted. My husband ordered the 12 oz steak and we shared a dish of the Mahi Mahi and we splurged for the weekly special of crab cargot. Though the staff did not know it was a special night for us they did make us feel like VIPs. We hardly had to wait to get our food. Very fast service for us. The crab cargot was so good. It was a little on the cheesy side but everything from the bread to the sauce was so good together. The Seafood ravioli was amazing! Thank you for the recommendation Abi. The shrimp was my favorite part of that dish especially with the sauce. My husband was so happy with his dish he loved the asparagus and his steak was cooked so well. Now for us the star of the show was the Mahi Mahi. Oh goodness, that was so good the fish itself was juicey and flavorful we couldn't stop eating it. We really didn't like the greenbeans they didn't really have a taste and the texture was weird. I can't wait to go again!”

“So even though a lot of the reviews are not good we decided to go ahead and give it a try since we're staying the night here.. first off when we got through paying, we were sent up to the hostess stand I think the chick that walked up and started screaming at us about her manager not listening. is off of her meds? Food was good. They definitely use seasonings so it's not a bland Buffett the enchilada casserole was very spicy and I married into a Mexican family 19 yrs ago. We eat spice. So it had way too much chili powder mostly everything else was really good that we ate we both got different things my husband and I and we sampled off of each other's plates the key lime pie I'm not going to lie is 10 out of 5 stars..
Salad and desert bar were my favorite parts. 4 kinds of cobbler. I <3 the cherry mostest! Lol

“My company is in Canton MS & we needed a butcher box for a customer in Tupelo. The manager Cheyenne went above and beyond to make this happen and even delivered it for us. I will always recommend this small business.”

“cracker barrel is always our go too place to eat while traveling. this one we stopped at in Gainesville, Tx was no exception except one little burp. the country ham had a funky taste and smell to it. I didn't eat it but besides that it's a great establishment!”

“I have been to hamburger joints all over north Texas. This place is by far the best. Fresh meat with excellent flavor. Fresh veggies on the burgers. Curly fries are the best. Onion rings are the best I’ve had anywhere. Just like homemade. We come to this area about once a year to visit clients and always plan to be here for lunch. Been coming about 4 or 5 years and has always been consistent.”

“I went because the online menu mentioned shrimp and fish tacos. The didn't have either item the lady who took my order was very nice and explained they had a new menu. They have a lot of items but it's a shame they took off the fish and shrimp tacos. The tacos were fine but it is the same stuff every one else has. The guacamole was good.”

She is awesome to work with, While all the other employees are standing around and cussing and talking about what they're not going to do. She maintains a decent respectful and consistent conversation with the customers. So please keep up the good work, Ms. Valent you are awesome.”

“It will be hard to put this into words the amount of gratitude I have toward this specific subway. I always use this location because their customer service is impeccable! They are very helpful and kind.

Now, I will say I will not order delivery from there anymore because door dash is who delivers and for them and some reason I never get my order. BUT THAT IS NOT SUBWAYS FAULT!!!!

Here is what happened. I ordered delivery for my my order. 30 mins went by and no delivery. I called up to the store and Aiden answered. He let me know door dash had picked up my order and was on their way, that if I needed anything else to call. I waited 30 more minutes, no food. I called again, Aiden verified everything and told me the delivery driver was with door dash. After googling I finally found the door dash customer service. Door dash told me it was subways problem and if I wanted a refund I would need to talk with the subway I ordered it from. Cool, called subway back, Aiden said his manager was on his way in to deal with the situation that I could call back in about 5 mins and he should be there. The whole time Aiden was very professional, understanding, and reassuring. I gave it 5 mins and decided that I would drive over and just see what, if anything, the manager could do seeing as this was not his problem. I do not remember the managers name, but he was absolutely wonderful! I cannot thank him enough. He came in, not at his scheduled time, from his home, from his family, to deal with this issue! Sir, I am so sorry I didn’t get your name but thank you! I do realize you did not have to do that and I am extremely appreciative to you and your family for sacrificing your time to deal with something that was not even subways problem. He went above and beyond! He called door dash, took care of everything, and made it right! I am very greatful to him for taking my problem, making it our problem, and fixing it! Those two men in that store deserve praise and a raise! They both kept it professional and handled my clearly upset/distressed demeanor with understanding and dignity all while dealing with customers! Thank you guys!!!!”
