Severely understaffed and in dire need of attention.On the night I visited, there were only 3 visible workers: 1 cook and 2 front servers. The line moved horribly slow and the food wasn't as great. You can't blame the employees here since they were doing their best with what they had.The orange chicken tasted more like soy sauce chicken. From the reviews of this place is kind of mixed. This place is inside WindStar Casino. Took a chance since the line for the buffet was long . I guess we hit this place at the right time, there was only 2 people ahead of us. It’s been a very long time that I have been to a Panda Express. Needed some vegetables. Got the broccoli beef, ask for more broccoli than beef. The lo mein was surprisingly good.

It's panda express. I'll always eat here at the casino because I either a) lost all my money or b) grabbing something quick to eat in between gambling. The only thing I don't like about this place is that it's at the very end of the largest casino floor in the world. Lol
