I absolutely love The Union Mesa. Their chips are fresh, warm and crispy. Their salsa is devine with just enough spicy heat without burning your mouth. The guacamole is wonderful. Food was great and the atmosphere was even better. We were attended by Sierra, which let me tell you, outstanding service. Very attentive, great smile, excellent attitude, just one of a kind. Thank you ma’am for making our experience dining in at the casino a great one. If 10 stars would be the max I’d give her 20.

Stopped by for a light lunch as we were planning to take in the buffet that evening. The food (salad for me, soup for my wife) was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. The real highlight was our server. She had a great personality, always smiling, and was friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in until we left. They should put her in charge of training all the other servers in the whole casino! This place is definitely on the list the next time we visit Winstar!
