This was the third time that we have tried to sit at the bar and grab some food/drinks and leaving without getting served. We sat at the bar for several minutes while the bartender went to everyone around us asking if they wanted to close their tabs or transfer it - which is fine - but he never once acknowledged us and/or let us know that the other bartender was going to take care us. Meanwhile we watched the other bartender look at us a few times, saw that we didn’t even have a menu in front of us but took care of other guests that sat down after us. We didn’t say anything to begin with bc we acknowledge that things get busy especially at the end/beginning of shifts - but at least acknowledge guests that are sitting at YOUR bar. The manager was nice and I really hope this gets addressed - simple acknowledgement of guests even when it’s busy goes a long way.

As a die hard Cowboys fan I had to check out this spot after a concert at the Winstar, they were understaffed but they were QUICK! great customer service also I definitely have to come for a Cowboys game

If you’re at WinStar on a weekday, this place is open late for dinner. Decent food, decent atmosphere, and they serve their draft beer in a glass. Toby Keiths closed an hour earlier and told us the only place open at WinStar was IHOP?

I’ve been really disappointed in the food quality the last couple of time I’ve been to this restaurant. Not impressed at all. Won’t be going back. There are plenty of other options to pick from at the winstar. Don’t waste your money on this restaurant.

Spent my birthday at Winstar and had drinks and apps at the Dallas Cowboys bar and grill. From the moment we walked in, the hostess was awesome and greeted me so well considering it was my birthday even joked around with me. You cannot beat their happy hour prices on beer which I loved, the food was great; I wouldn’t mind seeing some new options for food. Maybe even a few IPA options on beer.
Our server Lyndsee was exceptional and delivered everything in a timely manner, she even brought me an amazing birthday dessert that was out of this world!

Waited a long time in this empty bar for catfish nuggets that were mostly batter and tough fish. Thumbs down.

Food and drinks were amazing. The server was friendly and made sure all our needs were met!

WinStar’s casino is huge and full of exciting games and tables to play.

The waitress with the ponytail was more concerned about her hair than the patrons

The place is nice and the atmosphere is pleasant. But I waited 50 minutes to get my order, and I gotta say the wait wasn’t worth it. Food was not good at all. My server was very polite, but that didn’t help much because I waited almost an hour to get my food.

Lucas live is a great venue! Drinks are way too high. Room rates are 699 a night on Friday and Saturday nights. Evidently the casino thinks they are on Manhattan Island instead of in a cow pasture in Thackerville Oklahoma. Casino is horrible. Its like a temu version of the Las Vegas strip. Machines are very tight. Hard Rock in Tulsa has a much better atmosphere with looser slots in my opinion.
