This was my first time coming to this buffet and got it comped. If I paid , I would be pretty upset. The food was dry and appeared to be sitting out for an extended period of time. The brisket was good, creamy horseradish made it. The chicken tasted off, the fish cooked to death and dried out to the point it wasn’t even white, it was dry and dark like the breading. Idk who’s in the back but fire them or at least train them again.

Seems like they raised the price from $25 to $40 just because it’s New Year’s Day . They found the cheapest seafood you can ever buy and put it on the buffet. What a shame. I thought buffets in the casino are not for making money . I was wrong .win star 你这样的赌场是不会吸引到客人的。

On this past weekend the back booth was covered with mold and mildew. It was disgusting. I really lost my appetite. I paid $25 altogether for buffet plus tipped cashiet, and jackie server. The water all over the Casino to tasted like it was being treated with a chemical. Not a good day to eat I was so hungry to. The piece of brisjet was flavorable but a bit sslty. The tortelini pasta was cold...the corn so over cooked. I couldnt enjoy, the pecan pie crust not cooked well. I was sick afterwards, nothing stayed on my stomach. I, bit into a cob, dripping with water. But, the major turn off was all the mold and mildew on the seats on the long bsck wall. The health depart of Durant needs to visit this Gran Buffet at Winstsr. I kept seeing alot of running noses there.

For the price you’d be better off going to a nice sit down restaurant that’s cooked to order. Just wasn’t very impressed with what they offered. Seemed very low quality even for a buffet, and i just didn’t get the hype. Had some orange chicken which was okay if it was warm it was cold even with a fresh pan. brisket was tough as an old boot. Desserts were warm even though they should’ve been chilled… Very hot and stuffy in there too

The food quality sucked everything down to America food ....I love Chinese but the rice suck the chicken was hard the only and I mean only thing is there desert. My mom can't walk and they order her to park her buggy outside the gate and I ask how my mom was going to do that since she doesn't walk and the hostes was very rude and didn't care about anybody feeling at that moment I was ready to get a refund but my mom got everything fixed with a manager involved. They really need to hire happier and people who speak English 🙄

You’d think that a casino would offer a much better buffet, especially at this price point. The only good part of the buffet is the dessert bar. So unless you’re okay with $26 per person for dessert, I’d avoid this buffet. Thoroughly disappointed.

This is the most disgusting Buffet I've eaten in a long time at a casino. Rice is cold and hard as a rock, the shrimp was breaded too much, the pizza was frozen dough that was just doctored up with toppings, the brisket was dry and flavorless, poor cut of meat, had to survive off the desserts which were even Frozen and not fresh pastry made. Our server was very attentive and great personality and pleasant, he apologized for our bad food. Management was notified but didn't seem to care.
This is by far the worst buffet I have ever been to. The food is bland and cold. The servers are extremely friendly. I wouldn't go to this buffet again even if it were free.

Omg this is the most bland buffet I've ever been to. It makes you appreciate Golden Coral. The price is ridiculous $35 per person on Friday and Saturday. Sunday- Thursday $25, but I wouldn't even pay $5 to eat there again. $35 is absurd for the crappy food you get.

Sat down to eat and fire alarm went off had to evacuate was told to keep receipt and would honor next visit. When we came back today was told sorry there is nothing we can do. Over $100 and no one got to eat.
