We went out of convenience to have something for everyone (Tuesday Lunch hour). It was a great surprise how wonderful everything was! There were so many options, it was truly great. Personally, I had taco meat/queso over chips and a tamale and flauta - all excellent. Also fried shrimp, hush puppies, fried okra - all excellent. Then bites of pecan pie and lemon bar - both great. I’ve been coming to Gran Via Buffet for quite a while, and unfortunately, the food quality has gone down a lot over the years. They still have a huge variety—Italian, Asian, Mexican, American, seafood, carving stations, and desserts—but none of them are at the top level they used to be.

My previous visits here weren't all that great but this place has changed so much. The price is reasonable ($27) for all the options & different choices they have. The food has greatly improved. I tasted a wide variety of foods, salads, deserts. I usually find at least one thing I dont like but everything was amazing. The brisket & turkey were perfectly done & the flavor of everything was 👌 definitely recommend & will be back very soon.
