I went with my family to celebrate a birthday. Hadn’t been to winstar in 3 years and to say the cashier was unbelievably rude to ALL of us as well as the restaurant was very dirty and had not been attended to. I overlooked it to try and enjoy myself when we received our food everything was horrible the pancakes were hard,the eggs weren’t cooked as I asked ,and the bacon was so old and hard more like pork rinds. I ate none of it and spent 50 dollars. I will never return here next time I will go somewhere that appreciates my hard earned money.

Staying at the Winstar Casino, with author Shelley Sam’s “Letters to Katherine” discussing her amazing book, when the biscuits and gravy she ordered comes and they have decided to cut cost in half on biscuits it appears. What happened to big fluffy biscuits? The gravy also has no heart. Just flour and water… ugh. The restaurant is mildly dirty, and table cleaning staff hovers at the ready to remove plates as soon as you finish your last bite.

The food tasted good and large servings. Bacon breakfast sandwich. Only one slice. Breakfast burrito, I asked if I could have without hashbrowns; it had them in it anyway. The bottle milk even though 1% horrible horrible brand. Both three dollar plus milks thrown out. Overall it was fine.

It’s Sunday morning. We’re starving from late night gambling and the line to ihop is long. Once it’s our turn to order, we were greeted by one of the most sweetest and cheerful waitstaff I’ve ever encountered at Winstar Casino. I just wanted to give a shout out to Pam for making our day.

The food here is great. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are quite large. The service while usually stellar was remarkably lacking the Tuesday morning we were there.

I was at I Hop twice today. The management is is terrible. There were 6 employees running around really not doing anything. The manager said they only had 2 cooks. They only had one register open all day and the line was very long both times but the supervisor managed to have enough time to stock the jellies that were almost full.. No sense of urgency or management direction . I was in C restaurant for 25 years I have never seen such poor management and service

This place has the best chicken fried steak and eggs and gravy for the price. I enjoyed it so much I went back the next morning and had the same thing. It is one of the best chicken fried steaks in the area. The service was first class and everybody was super friendly. Both times. This food is the best for the price in the casino. Would delete it.

Wow just wow. My steak omelette was one of the best omelets I’ve had in a very long time. Usually I’m disappointed in omelets I thought it was me. Nope, I still like them when they are prepared correctly.
