I was at I Hop twice today. The management is is terrible. There were 6 employees running around really not doing anything. The manager said they only had 2 cooks. They only had one register open all day and the line was very long both times but the supervisor managed to have enough time to stock the jellies that were almost full.. No sense of urgency or management direction . I was in C restaurant for 25 years I have never seen such poor management and service

This place has the best chicken fried steak and eggs and gravy for the price. I enjoyed it so much I went back the next morning and had the same thing. It is one of the best chicken fried steaks in the area. The service was first class and everybody was super friendly. Both times. This food is the best for the price in the casino. Would delete it.

Wow just wow. My steak omelette was one of the best omelets I’ve had in a very long time. Usually I’m disappointed in omelets I thought it was me. Nope, I still like them when they are prepared correctly.

While staying at Winstar casino we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here. All the food was delicious and inexpensive. They are constantly busy but the staff keeps everything running smoothly and the tables are cleared and sanitized quickly. The BLT, pancakes, onion rings and steak burger were all hot, fresh and delicious. If you do takeout they give you everything you need in the bag so you don’t have to ask. Last time we ate at Neon Pig & the Chips and Ale and they were not half as good as IHop.

Food was ok, not great. I was totally skeeved out because the cooks have long hair and no hair nets. Ok itsnwhatver but one of the cooks was scratching his greasy hair like he had lice then cooking and handling the food. The person bagging our food up was obviously a tweaker. She was biting the air and dancing with the shadow people. The other girl on the register was masked up like she had a disease and was clearly unhappy to be there. It took super long to to get one order of pancakes and I watched the whole thing. Was super skeeved out. It doesnt matter how late it is, I don't plan on returning to this Ihop.

Best breakfast at winstar. Food was good, fast (less than 5 mins), and coffee was the best there, too. Most of the coffee at winstar tastes like water. Pancakes we're fluffy, buttery, and delicious. Don't go to the other restaurants if you want breakfast. My only recommendation is to bring your own coffee cup. They only use paper cups, and mine collapsed, trying to put the lid on, burning my hand with hot coffee, and making a huge mess.

So I order the breakfast sampler. 2 of everything basically. Ordered eggs over medium. They were not done and slimey and the few hash browns were burnt. They put ham over them to hide them. So I sent them back and they came out exactly the same. What’s the use? Didn’t eat them. Really? Some duh going on in the kitchen. Update: You would think that an IHOP manager would see this review and maybe write back. Been a week and I ain’t got nothin!!!!!
