We had a Fantastic dinner this evening! Aaron our server was intelligent and very knowledgeable. He helped pair the perfect wine with the delicious sea bass I tried. The asparagus was soft and well seasoned. The Lobster Cargot was delicious and had a perfect creme sauce. All in all the night was amazing and I can't wait to come back!

Hard to give a review when they don’t answer there phones to set up reservations. I called Open Table but because of me needing reservation for 8 to 10 they said I have to call the restaurant to make the reservations cause they do not handle groups that large! Well I have been trying for 2 days now and know one answers the phone and I only call during there open hours. So now I am in a fix because I need the reservation by Sunday now and this is already Friday and have been trying since Wednesday
Our server was Jennifer and she was super sweet and attentive. My sea bass and lobster risotto were phenomenal and my husband’s lamb chops with mushroom risotto were perfection. There was no room for dessert this time. We are already planning our next trip to Kirby’s.

Our night was a disaster! I made a reservation several weeks ahead. It’s our anniversary today. We arrived at our reservation time at 6:30. Hostess said “just stand by the glass windows over there”. Ok???? Was seated. Ordered almost $200 bottle of Caymus. At 7:10, no wine. No one cared to just deliver wine!! Left and had the steak and lobster at Vino’s. Can’t comment on their food. Obviously wasn’t there at 10:00 pm when it might have been served.

Everything was delicious from the salads to the huge baked potatoes and finally to the perfectly seasoned, tender filets! Victoria, our server, as well as the rest of the staff was wonderful! Next time we are at Winstar, we will be sure to ask for Victoria as she was a great server and very thoughtful as well.
