I made reservations for my 51st birthday with my family and was looking forward to a great steak dinner. Unfortunately, the server set the tone in the beginning, he was overly obnoxious, spoke very loudly and repeated himself over and over and over again. With the intention of ignoring the service, we were still looking forward to a great meal unfortunately, the steaks came out very undercooked. When addressing it with our waiter, he blamed it on the kitchen and asked us repeatedly to forgive the kitchen staff. My medium steak first came out raw then when it was returned to the table was charged. It was black on the outside and cooked completely through with no pink center. At no point did anybody come to check to see if the steak had been corrected. We simply paid and left and I will never return. At that point it wasn’t even worth addressing. Additionally, the bar drinks were below par and the salmon my son ordered was about as good you would get from Applebees or Chili’s. Very disappointing and I have no plans on returning.

Had 16oz NY strip and was worse one I have ever had in my life. Was not prepared as ordered and12oz was hard fat ,and after cut it off might of had t2 bites of steak eat for 82 bucks! Also the lady GM at this place is horrible at her job. Casinos are loud and when go to eat want to get away from it for a few, but with this loud waiter name Ryan that did not even happen.

Easily the best steaks we’ve ever had the pleasure of eating! The butters and sauces were also superb! I’m so glad I opened with the affogato as well. The service was excellent and the setting is great but I mean it disappears once you bite into your food we will be back for sure. The security head whom I thought was one of the hosts had them bring champagne to us for our anniversary he also seated us. Either way it was such wonderful experience that I dug deep for a great tip. Thank you

Restaurant is really nice. It’s inside the casino but has soo many options. Restaurant is smaller so feels like there’s way too many tables. Server had a lot of tables so service wasn’t as prompt but it was understood. We started with some soup and a sushi roll. For our main course decided on steak and mushroom risotto.

Can't go wrong with any of the Kirby locations. Food is phenomenal. Go to steakhouse, a little pricey but not a budget buster. Been to the Winstar and Southlake location no issues at either. Last visit at winstar(their only redeeming value, but wife likes to go). The waiter, Drew added to the great food with outstanding service, attentive, but not over bearing, never felt he lost track of us. Back to the food which was phenomenal. of course we had steak, cooked to order, had a real meat flavor, was able to taste the meat and not some overbearing sauce, rub or seasoning. House salad dressing good accompaniment to start the meal, sour dough bread, and the fries, request them extra crisy. With the back of the house hitting it out the park and Drew doing the same, a geat dinner experience added to our wedding anniversary

Kirby’s is a great steakhouse that offers a variety of steak options. I was especially interested in their Mishima reserve cuts and I was really impressed. I really enjoyed the blend of fat and meat in the ribeye, it was very tender without cutting on the beef flavor. 10/10 steak. The lamb chops were pretty good. It was pepper crusted lamb chops that weren’t gamey or tough. The mashed potatoes are some of the best I’ve ever had. The Mac and cheese was pretty boring nothing much to it. Overall I’d recommend the Mishima reserve cuts and the mashed potatoes 100%

We had the best experience for dinner tonight and Jared our waiter was fantastic in taking care of us! We both had the steak & crab cake and with it the jalapeño bacon cream corn, chefs kiss to all of it!!! Definitely enjoyed our special dinner out tonight!❤️

Ryan was a waiter for us. He gave.excellent service. He ranks among the top 5 percent of the best waiters I have ever had. He was very attentive and had a great personality. We were 2 women on a girl’s get away. We are both getting older and need assistance walking with canes. He was very patient and kind with us. I had a lot of difficuly reading the menu and I had to ask him what the names meant that I used to know, like what ingredients were in Lobster Oscar. The food was wonderful. We had the baked cheese for an appetizer. had the Sea Bass, Black Truffle Foie Gras and a Kirby salad. The food and ambience were wonderful. We were seated in a table in the bar and it was Monday night football Eagles vs Greenbay so I got to watch Micah Parsons play. Jerry Jones was an idiot not to keep Parsons. It was a relaxing, entertaining night. We will be back and hopefully Ryan will be our waiter again!

This was our ten year anniversary dinner and Kirby's did an excellent job. I had the sea bass, baked potato and shrimp cocktail. My husband had the filet, crab cake and soup. Everything was excellent. When we first arrived they sat us at a table right outside the kitchen, we could hear the music from the kitchen and in the restaurant. I asked to move and they accommodated us. I didn't want to spend our anniversary listening to the kitchen, the combo music and people continually passing by with food or whatever. The hosts should think about this during seating, other than that, it was great. We've been here a few times and they always have excellent service and food.
