Hard to give a review when they don’t answer there phones to set up reservations. I called Open Table but because of me needing reservation for 8 to 10 they said I have to call the restaurant to make the reservations cause they do not handle groups that large! Well I have been trying for 2 days now and know one answers the phone and I only call during there open hours. So now I am in a fix because I need the reservation by Sunday now and this is already Friday and have been trying since Wednesday

Our server was Jennifer and she was super sweet and attentive. My sea bass and lobster risotto were phenomenal and my husband’s lamb chops with mushroom risotto were perfection. There was no room for dessert this time. We are already planning our next trip to Kirby’s.

Our night was a disaster! I made a reservation several weeks ahead. It’s our anniversary today. We arrived at our reservation time at 6:30. Hostess said “just stand by the glass windows over there”. Ok???? Was seated. Ordered almost $200 bottle of Caymus. At 7:10, no wine. No one cared to just deliver wine!! Left and had the steak and lobster at Vino’s. Can’t comment on their food. Obviously wasn’t there at 10:00 pm when it might have been served.

Everything was delicious from the salads to the huge baked potatoes and finally to the perfectly seasoned, tender filets! Victoria, our server, as well as the rest of the staff was wonderful! Next time we are at Winstar, we will be sure to ask for Victoria as she was a great server and very thoughtful as well.

Kirby's excellent service and great food experience. The servers Allison and Dereck were great,they made our experience fabulous. The wine director super great and made us felt welcomed. Kirby's never disappointed me.
Well this is the part of reviews I don't like. This might be the first time I've ever eaten at an expensive restaurant. I didn't know the prices before I looked at the menu. I finally said what the heck and ordered something. I had cedar plank salmon and a salad. Both where good. My wife went all out and ordered fried mushrooms, fillet, French onion soup, jalapeno Mac and cheese, and some sort of fancy mashed potatoes. The fried mushrooms were great. Her poor little fillet looked like a Jimmy Dean sausage patty. One side was burnt up . She liked her soup ok . The fancy mashed potatoes were extremely salty. I originally thought the jalapeno Mac and cheese was good until I got a scoop right out of the middle. It was like the ingredients didn't get mixed up well before cooking. It was mealy textured and really strong flavored. I would think that at an expensive restaurant like that, everything would be near perfect.

Had an amazing time at Kirby's Steakhouse! The food was fantastic—especially the homemade ranch, which was out of this world. The mashed potatoes were spot-on and complemented the meal perfectly. Even though our meals were comped by the casino, I did notice that the menu prices seemed a bit high for what you get. But honestly, the quality of the food and the overall experience were worth it. The vibe was relaxed, and the service was top-notch. Definitely a great spot for a special night out!

Our group of 14 ate here on 9/5/24, and our experience was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. I highly recommend Miki as your waitress, she was AWESOME! The folks here provide an ELITE level of attentiveness and accuracy, and they go out of their way to make your experience unforgettable. I can't thank them enough for giving my mother and her life long friends a spectacular 68th birthday dinner.

I went to Kirby's steakhouse at the WinStar casino several weeks ago. I placed a togo order. $100 worth of food the waitress saaid it was going to be 15 to 20 minutes so I went outside the to get away from the restaurants chatter. when I came back in all my food was scattered across the counter. This surprised me as it was well understood it was a to go order. I placed the order at the bar solo. I was so disappointed, waitress after waitress just glanced at me trying to box up this food. Not a single one asked if I needed any help. The sad part is I paid the the food and give the waitress a tip pride of the food even being ordered. What a bummer shame on you Kirby's
