I'm not sure why the place has such low ratings online, the Pizza is very good the only issue with it is it's a bit greasy, also the plates their served on are very cheap paper plates which aren't very reliable. Also the crust on the pizza is a bit overcooked but for me that isn't really a problem, but if you don't like overcooked crust then this pace probably isn't for you, overall it's worth it though. The service was alright too, yeah they're not the best staff ever but they know what they're doing. The restaurant itself is also really nice and most if not all the tables were clean, the only dirty part about it was the floor which there was kind of a nasty floor as if it wasn't cleaned for a few days, but it wasn't that bad and I have seen worse, also the pricing is alright, you get a pretty big pizza for $28 and I had food credit so it wasn't super overpriced.

Shoes stick to the floor when you walk in. Pizza is limp and terribly greasy. This is a 1 and done for me. Do not recommend. The dining room there isn’t a clean table and only 3 tables occupied. It’s a mess in here.

This is straight up New York Street food Pizza paper thin lite marinara light cheese and large pepperoni that covers the entire slice. Forget about it. I drive 45 minutes just to get me two slices. And may play a little roulette

Surprised to see Matador's is one of the lowest rated restaurants in WinStar?? I'm pretty picky about my pizza and eat here nearly every time I come to this casino. The pizza is very good, just ask for an extra cup of sauce to go with it. I've generally found the employees to be helpful and doing a decent job. Apparently others have bad experiences, but as I said, I've eaten here many, many times. Give it a try!

I got an order of their Chicken Alfredo, not really good, but I also ordered a slice of their Chicken Alfredo pizza, REALLY good costumers 10 out of 10
I ordered 4 slices and asked if they had new pizza coming out bc the ones sitting looked very old. The guy had an attitude, rolled his eyes and asked someone else. He said it was fine. But then we changed it to the whole pizza instead, thinking they can just sell us the whole cheese pizza they were making. The girl said she could and so we waited and waited… after 22 mins I went to check on it bc they were getting busy and no one else was waiting as long as we were. I had seen a pizza sitting outside of the oven over 5 mins and was wondering if they were waiting to make that one or if it was made already. So when I asked about ours the cashier, now another guy, asked if ours was ready and he grabbed the one that was sitting on the rack that whole time! Boxed it and gave it to me. I said so it was ready the whole time?? Why didn’t yall give it to me when it was ready? The cashier wouldn’t answer, wouldn’t even make eye contact, just kept moving around to avoid answering. The guy that boxed it came up with a lame excuse that made no sense. Didn’t even give us plates like they did all the other people picking up got. So I sent my daughter up and he rolled his eyes like she was in the wrong. The lady was pretty nice but then she left to clean and take out trash.
I do to winstar just to come here sometimes. The pizza is always great and I have never had a bad experience.
