I'm not sure why the place has such low ratings online, the Pizza is very good the only issue with it is it's a bit greasy, also the plates their served on are very cheap paper plates which aren't very reliable. Also the crust on the pizza is a bit overcooked but for me that isn't really a problem, but if you don't like overcooked crust then this pace probably isn't for you, overall it's worth it though. This is straight up New York Street food Pizza paper thin lite marinara light cheese and large pepperoni that covers the entire slice. Forget about it. I drive 45 minutes just to get me two slices. And may play a little roulette
Surprised to see Matador's is one of the lowest rated restaurants in WinStar?? I'm pretty picky about my pizza and eat here nearly every time I come to this casino. The pizza is very good, just ask for an extra cup of sauce to go with it. I've generally found the employees to be helpful and doing a decent job. Apparently others have bad experiences, but as I said, I've eaten here many, many times. Give it a try!
