Literally drive 1.5 hours to just eat here! Miki and Eric are rockstars. If you’ve ever received poor service, trust me it’s because you didn’t have Miki and Eric wasn’t made aware. She goes above and beyond. Eric is the whole reason things don’t get chaotic when you have 100 people wanting to eat at the same time on a Friday night. He makes sure to keep the long line moving and tables clear to make room. They and along with that bread and Mac and cheese is why we continue to come back!

I had already ordered and heard someone ask for Seafood Salad. I asked if I could change my order and the staff said absolutely no problem. What a Refreshing change in dining out. This is one of my favorites and I sure did like watching Mickey play. 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very Nice Restaurant-Bar nice and clean the staff are awesome very professional and super nice! Now the food is pretty average at least what I had! The house salad was good and fresh , but the Burger wasn’t really the great, the menu said it was Wagyu meat but I couldn’t really taste it, it was dry and extremely salty! Probably next time I’ll try the steak!

Mickey mantels a Windstar casino is absolutely fabulous food. Our waiter CARLO is a 20 out of 10. I would highly recommend this spot for lunch or dinner. The Fried mushroom appetizer is fabulous And ask for carlos as your waiter.

Food was good, but lost my appetite when my brother asked for some bread and they asked us if we order a salad . no, we didn’t but we order $300 steak platter.

Really amazing service! Wait stuff was extremely attentive and friendly. I recommend the Calamari here for rhe appetizer and The Seabass over Rissotto. I thought both were just amazing 😍. Presentation was top notch as well

The French dip is amazing! Only thing I can suggest is if you know when you're going to be at Winstar and you don't want to wait in line. Call at least a week ahead and make a reservation. That keeps you from waiting in a long line. I did that for a concert I went to and got right in after the concert.

Not sure why the bad reviews other than your attitude sucks. Be nice and get treated nice. Loved everyone here. Michelle was the top notch bartender ever! We will be back lots of times

By far the worst service I’ve ever experienced! Waited for 30 mins to be seated when clearly they had tons of open seats. Severely under staffed. Once I was seated. The waitress Amber took our drink order. Waited another 20 minutes to get the drink. It sat on the bar and was forgotten about. The waitress service so so bad and so rude I almost walked out. She disappeared and was not interested in waiting the table. Had to ask for bread. The bread came out just when the food was brought to the table. Food was great but the whole staff needs training on customer service. I for one will not be going back. Step up your game

I fell on water and a straw in the bar. I recently had knee replacement surgery and I fell hard on that knee. The manager in duty, Jish Burr said I fell because of my boots which is a flat lie and I have witnesses. He went on to say that I did not slip due to water and the straw. He proceeded to push the straw under a table and eventually picked it up. He was ride and rocky and showed no concern I then asked the bartender to give me tge managers name and business card. It was then the manager came over to talk to me saying there were cameras to prove that I didn't fall dye to unsafe conditions. He proceeded to let me know he was protected by the company. He did nothing to help me. Honestly he could have at least comped by inexpensive meal however he did not. I am beyond disappointed in the way I was treated by manger Josh Burr. My knee is swollen, sore and is brush burned. I pray I do not damage due to this accident. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated. His customer service was terrible. I also have witnesses.

Everything was great until our steaks came out. I ordered the 18 oz ribeye cooked medium and my wife ordered the 7oz filet cooked medium. My steak was a little undercooked, but still edible. My wife's steak was bloody and closer to medium rare. We told our server and she sent it back to get cooked more. When the steak came back it was burnt on the outside and still very rare on the inside. The manger came out and was very apologetic and took both steaks off our bill. Everything else we ordered was fantastic. I would recommend this restaurant even though our steaks weren't cooked right rhe rest of our food was great. Thank you to our server and the manager for being professional and handling the situation correctly.

There is a wait time, but worth it. Food was excellent came out steaming hot . Well done as we order our waiter was on point. I will return when back at Winstar.
