When we booked the reservation for a specific time be aware they will seat you exactly at that time, no earlier. Otherwise the seating location was great for dinner, service was great and food was great. I suggest for future reference that they provide seating for early guests with reservations at the bar to order drinks and wait. We saw people in line without reservations get seated for dinner while we stood around and waited. It would have been nice to have an area to sit and have a drink and wait for the table to be ready.

The food and service were great. My only negative is that when you make a reservation you don't know which place you get. I asked for Kirby's but got Mickey's Grill. The food and menu appear to be the same but the ambience is different. This was for 57th anniversary so I wanted something special.

Brilliant, great crab cake. I'd say the best I ever out. It was definitely worth the visit and for the price.

The apetizers and the meals were great and cooked perfect. Our server was outstanding and gave us lots of information on the meals and the drinks.

Jessica, the bartender at Mickey Mantle’s Grill, was excellent and had one of the best personalities we’ve experienced here! Can’t wait to come back and recommend to anyone visiting Winstar!

Kirby's is still a great place for an upscale dining experience. Our server, Joe was fabalous.

Overall a nice experience. I would have given all 5 stars except for two minor issues. 1. My wife ordered an espresso martini, instead it was a very sweet chocolate like martini, they remade the drink and fixed the issue. 2. We asked that the meal follow the salad, but the food came within a few minutes of the salad being served. In all fairness we only ordered additional appetizers as our meal. We have been there several times and will return.

We have eaten at Mickey's and Kirby's numerous times, and have never been disappointed. Excellent food and service. And they have the best bread and margaritas! I highly recommend either place!

We love Kirbys and have been eating here several times a year for years. We really missed the Wine Concierge. We so looked forward to her stopping by our table when we are there and greeting us with a warm welcome and she was always amazing at helping us try different wines and was so knowledgeable. Not sure where she went or we would follow her to that restaurant. She was a nice added touch that will be missed. Food was good and service was good.

This was the second and LAST time we will be eating at Kirby's. The food is bland and my steak was undercooked and extremely fatty. We had a previously bad experience and decided to give Kirby's a second chance and we regretted every bite.

Kirby's was a good restaurant in the Winstar casino with affordable prices. Everything was good and the service was fine. Predictable and consistent food, and it is recommended if you are at the casino.

server was poor - the bussers were incredible but less than impressed with our server he should be at a Chilis and acted as if he did not want to be there left us without service for a long period of time or at a great experience

Allison was our waitress!! She did a fantastic job. Very helpful, our meal came out just like we asked for it!! We love eating at Kirby's!!

Service wasn't up to Kirby's standards, I'm not sure if our waitress was new or overwhelmed?! After taking our orders she comes with one basket of bread ( 5 of us) no plates to put it on, and laid 2 butter cups on one side of the table, nothing else. We never did get a plate to put the bread on. Just psssed it around and picked a piece off. When we finally received our meals the sides were missing. She finally brought 2 of the sides but the third was still missing, it finally came after asking again. After we ate I asked for a to go box for my pasta, she brought out a tiny box, obviously too small for my pasta. Finally another server came over and brought what we needed and seemed confused why our server was “off”. We always cone when at winstar but Christmas night wasn't up to par. I felt bad since we had brought friends that had never been.

Kirby's never fails to excel in every way! Service is outstanding with very friendly and professional servers. Food is top notch, steaks cooked to perfection and buttery soft.
