There are some ok items on the menu. Bbq is hard for most so I’m not trying to be too critical. But knowing how to slice a brisket should be the bare minimum requirement. It’s like they slice it wrong on purpose, but the way they do it makes it extremely chewy and emphasizes how dry it actually is. It used to be different so I’m not sure what changed but after giving it 2 more chances, it’s just not worth the money.
Update: I tried this same dish last month and it was very good. Excellent brisket over creamy Mac and cheese. In the future if serving appears to have ‘gloppy fat’ I will just send it back and ask for better serving. I now know they can get it right!
(Previous review). Ugh! I had brisket on Mac and cheese and there was more gloppy fat than meat. Literally had sbout 1/4 cup of fat. My friend had brisket sandwich and it was the same. Disgusting. The pulled pork was good but didn’t make up for such poor carving or prep of the brisket dishes. Also the bbq sauce dispensers on tables were sticky.

First off, the staff was very friendly.
The food actually tasted decent.. chicken was a little dry but after applying plenty of bbq sauce it was good to go. Unfortunately, the sandwich lacked any veggies… it was just a plain chicken sandwich with one slice of pickle.. I asked for onions so I can have something on the sandwich.
The loaded queso fries were good but queso was cold..
The stuffed bacon wrapped pepper was good.

The food was delicious. It’s very expensive but the portion size makes up for the price. The staff are very personal and nice. The place was clean. I’d recommend eating here. We ate and left no crumbs

I had the loaded potato. Wasn’t hot enough to melt the butter or the cheese- lukewarm. Was not what I would call “loaded” - tablespoon of cheese, teaspoon of sour cream, sprinkle of bacon and a smallish potato. $7. Very disappointed.
My friend had a dry, chewy pulled pork sandwich with fry’s. $14. Not worth it.

Loaded baked potato and just the meat with Mac and cheese and toast. Used my 10 food coupon from winstar less than 6 with a drink. The brisket was delicious and will definitely frequent the NEON PIG

My brisket was burnt and the fries were salty as hell…. I waited at register for over 10 minutes while the cashier delivered food to the tables. Once he finally began to take my order they were out of all sides except fries and baked potatoes. So I ordered chopped brisket and fries and the nachos (nachos were cold) after I ordered I went to my table and waited for my food. Once my order was ready it sat in the window ten minutes before it was delivered to my table. Horrible food and service.

Stopped in to get some lunch before hitting the road again, if I could give this place a negative star I would. Not only did it take a long time to even place our order, with only 1 person in front of us, we waited for close to 20 min to be served cold fries and the chewiest pulled pork I’ve ever had, it was almost all fat and gristly and then had jerky like pieces mixed it. I would gladly take day old McDonald’s over this place ANY DAY.

I ate there with my daughter for lunch. I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was the bomb. The baked beans were good too but way too much for one person to eat. Daughter had loaded fries and cole slaw. The cole slaw was good and plentiful. You have to stir it as the juice sinks to the bottom of the tray for those complaining about it being tasteless. Over all it was great bbq. I don't get why its getting bad reviews.

Not a fan of the food, and haven't been a second time. Worth a try if you are in a hurry....

Every time we attempt to eat here they are out of everything. You wait for an hour to get to register and then you get rudeness. Silva attitude alone makes you want to avoid at all cost. Winstar need to replace with a better restaurant. Won’t waste my time or money.
