Every time we attempt to eat here they are out of everything. You wait for an hour to get to register and then you get rudeness. Silva attitude alone makes you want to avoid at all cost. Winstar need to replace with a better restaurant. Won’t waste my time or money.

Gave it one last chance and wasn't disappointed. The food hits rock bottom as far as bbq goes. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich, the only thing they pulled was the pork, they left all the fat and gristle, the fries were cold, the cold slaw was decent but bland. Beer was sort of cold (can). Nice atmosphere and wait staff is great. I feel sorry that this place will more than likely close down soon.

The ribs were so dry that I cut my lips, trying to take a bite! The worst BBQ experience I have ever had. Brisket was dry as well! I most definitely will never go back there.

The food was mediocre at best and seemed like it had been just sitting around for a while. The fries- I think we’re a couple days old, hard and stale. The service was atrocious. Not coming back!!

Never again ! I am not a dog but the food is HORRIBLE ! I ordered smoked chicken , baked potato, coleslaw and corn !just tasted all ! Chicken was 1 week old black burnt and meat is so dry and hard ! My mistake I didn't take pictures ! Tasteless slaw, oily corn , old baked potato !! OMG !! After tasting I trashed it all ! This restaurant shouldn't be operating in this casino .. it is so toxic !!

I ordered a loaded brisket comes with butter, cheese and chives of course the brisket and bacon well there’s no chives and I forgot sour cream, which was none no butter. It was cold. I told the guy he said they don’t have any more butter and they don’t have any more potatoes 7:15 PM they did offer me something to ask but after this, what could I possibly want getting Cold food the potato taste like it was cooked early this morning

Ordered the sliced brisket, and mac&cheese, everything was awesome!!! They went out of their way to do a cup of pickles, which ate the good pickles, baked beans were amazing, customer service was on point!!! Chef was even making sure everything was OK when ordering. Totally recommend this place. Very shocked at the negative reviews, because our whole visit was awesome!!!

I ordered the Brisket sandwich….It was awful! It was ENTIRELY fat. I could not eat it. I ate the bun…That was all I could eat. The only good thing about dinner was the French fries. They were hot and well seasoned.
