This place went severely downhill within the last few years. It used to be the best restaurant in Winstar, but now it's by far the worst.The cashier messed up most of our order so we had to wait for them to fix it. I ordered a fried egg on my burger and had to pick out egg shells. A cup of water is the same price as a soda. The food has next to no flavor. And there were flies all around the tables.Save your money and eat somewhere else!

The Patty melt bun wasn't toasted or even grilled. Not sure why they call it a Patty melt. The fries were fine but nothing special.

We stopped in at NYC on our first night staying at Winstar. We were hungry from the drive and these dogs did not disappoint! My wife got the Rueben Dog with corned beef, sauerkraut, swiss cheese and thousand island dressing. She loved it. I got the Chili Cheese Dog with chopped onions. Delicious! Served on a hearty split roll bun that's way better than traditional hot dog buns. Also got a side of Okie Poutine, which is fries covered in pepper gravy, cheddar cheese and grilled jalapeños. Tasty, not healthy for sure,but well worth the splurge! There was a young African American man that brought the food out and took care of the tables, and he was so super friendly and engaging with everyone. This really enhanced the experience for sure!
I ordered a double meat cheeseburger and the beef patties taste and look like they had been sitting in the warmer for six hours they were so dry and burnt looking!! They barely had customers so why are they premaking their beef patties and placing them in a warmer for?? Sorry workers s.m.h.

The prices ?? $5 for a plain hot dog on bread y'all bread not even a bun $10 for the combo the cheapest plain cheeseburger combo is $13 my bacon was burnt to a crisp probably due to all the other reviews about the meat being raw run pass here run do not walk ??♀️

Hi,I'm writing this review for the ER.After my grandmother visiting winstar (which is great) with my aunt and cousin,and eating at your establishment my grandmother was admitted into the MCA hospital with possible seizures.Turned out it was bladder infection, and kidney infection. She later when able to speak told me she was in EXCRUSTIATING pain. To the point of being unable to form sentences. Constant vomiting. Causing severe dehydration. She ALSO told me this was after eating ONLY the OUTTER corners of a greasy burger that was PINK on the inside from your establishment.I will not be recommending this place to any of my fellow compatriots. I also will be filing a health code violation wellness check.Hope you learn to keep your customers safe. & hold your cooks reliable and up to code.If I stop in to your establishment. I will be speaking to your head team leader, or head chef, or owner. Whomever is available to voice this scare your restaurant gave my family.Have a blessed day.Repost FOR AWARENESS
