Very rude staff. They made me eat outside.... with people sitting IN the restaurant eating....I never in my life have had a more unpleasant experience. Stay clear of Panda Express!!!

They also don't listen when you order and try to give you food you didn't ask for and when you correct the workers they become rude. It's also more expensive than an average panda so not worth the trip here.

I ordered my family of five dinner at the WinStar panda express. Three of my family members got their food. Two of us did not they said give them five minutes and they’ll bring the food to our table 25 minutes later My family finished their meal and I went up to talk to the cashier. I asked them for a refund on the two meals that never got brought out and they looked me in the eyes and says we cannot give you a refund which is an against the law. I only asked for amy family finished their meal and I went up to talk to the cashier. I only asked for a refund on the two meals that I did not receive They begin to tell me that their policy they cannot give a refund most they can do is give me a gift card. I will never in my entire life spend another dollar at any panda express due to this experience. This is the worst panda express I have ever been to in my entire life, but due to these incompetent people And frauds I hope everyone reads this review and never spends another penny here ever again and I hope that this panda express goes bankrupt more than disappointed. Boycott panda express especially the wind star location I spend hundreds of thousands of dollars at WinStar and there’s no one on the location that I can speak to about this other than some little 16-year-old kid that refuses to refund me the $16 back to my card. Praise the Lord. God has been working on me because I would’ve mopped the floor with every single one of them employees
honestly the best panda express i’ve been to in a long time, she stackedd uppp my plate with the most generous portions i’ve ever seen, my plate was genuinely heavy, i don’t think i’ve ever had a plate be noticeably heavy at panda express so i’m very grateful for the generosity. they needa raise get them all one
