There is almost always only one person taking orders and one person in the kitchen. And neither work with any kind of speed. But when other places are packed, I come here. It's so frustrating!

Went January 4th and it was not busy. I liked the atmosphere. Bartender named Hope was awesome. Very knowledgeable about whiskey and was super friendly to everyone that came up to order. Definitely go see Hope, amazing Bartender.

Horrible. Absolutely run by management and has no control over the quality of your drinks. They will ignore you even if your youāve been sitting at the bar for service. Weāve been coming here for years.

This was the second poor experience Iāve had in as many dinners this year. Service was almost nonexistent. The was eatable but unimpressive. The last time I ate there the fish was not eatable. I will not be eating there again

Update: Match 2023- Glad to see they incorporated glassware if you ask for it and stay within the bar area! Nice bartender also!
July 2022 - Nice loungy new bar and great atmosphere. One of the few bars where you can sit on comfy furniture and enjoy a drink within Winstar casino. I do wish they had a special drink menu to differentiate itself a little bit more from the other fast serve bars. The fact that they serve nice(expensive) drinks in plastic cups is off-putting as well.. Not going to drink a $72 tequila or a nice old fashioned out of plastic cup.. lol Also, they need to have more than one bartender during busy times as the casino floor servers come in and inundate the bartender at times causing service in the bar itself to be slow.
