The bartenders here make this place awful!! Even when we were sitting there tipping them big, they just do not care!! The bartender (a man) names Tracy was the absolute worst. He was rude to me and my husband, even threatened my husband and arranged to meet him after work to fight! He would not act his age and kept calling me Ma'am in the most degrading way, like sarcastic. WinStars customer service skills around the whole place is severely lacking.

Literally came in to havr a bloody mary. The girl behind the bar was visiting with 2 guys from the place next door. Which is fine, no big deal. What the big deal was that 3 times she checked her watch and literally walked past my husband and i are sitting went out of the room walked back by us again and behind the bar again. Drove here from MO and was excited to have a bloody mary again from here. WOW is all i have to say

When you need to get away from the psychotropic lights and the ptsd level rings of the casino, this is the place to go. Not to mention that the bartender free pours!!! Great personable staff! If you take care of your bartenders, they will take care of you.

Nice bar in the hotel. Bartender mixes drinks well not skimpy drinks. Nice atmosphere good times. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to have a good time

This is the bar you go to when you get free drink coupons from the casino... Nice place. Service pretty quick as this bar is away from the casino. A nice place to chill and relax and not here all the slot machine noise. When ya need a break from gambling, go here...and have a shot and a beer!
