I walked in to the bartender and host to just look at me and not say one word. I proceed to just sit at the bar , the bartender goes to another couple already seated and speaks with them and then she comes over to me and saids we closed at 9pm . I said okay I'm glad someone told me and i proceed to walk out of the restaurant. She then yells and said i just hadn't got to you yet and i just did .
1. You saw me walk in , you could have said that then. 2. How rude and professional of you to say that to me as i am walking away in the tone you did . I never raised my voice not one time .
I will Never Ever Ever go back , please hire people with some professionalism. I gladly took my money to another restaurant where they displayed what this employee apparently doesn't know how to do .

I had a nice dinner here with my husband and Riley was our waitress. She is AMAZING! She was super attentive and very friendly! She is extremely personable; this restaurant is lucky to have her!!! Kudos Riley! I hope you get the recognition you deserve! (My daughter Riley smiled when I told her your name.) 😊

Food was really overpriced especially beans. Bowl was size of salsa for chips and cost 8 dollars. Within 2 hours after eating me and my friend got diarrhea. Chicken was not cooked properly. We didn’t even finish the food. Tortilla were not fresh they tasted like mission tortillas. Service was good but quality of food is not

The general manager Charlee (sp) and our waitress KateLynn were superb!!! They were welcoming, warm, efficient , and made my mom’s 70th birthday dinner magic. We could not have asked for anything better but if we did those two were on it. Thank you so much for all of your attention, time, and energy!!! 10,000 stars!!!!

This was an overall great experience! Our food was excellent and the service was phenomenal. Ask for Kaitlynn and you will be taken care of for sure. Out of all of the servers we’ve had she has been the best. She knows the perfect balance between giving us space and making sure we are good.

The prices were ridiculously high for the amount of food received. Drink prices were also too high. Had to request plates for appetizer and when they brought them out, they were wet and smelled like Clorox. Shrimp were undercooked. Service sucked. WinStar needs to replace with a different restaurant. This one is a loser.
