We were having a great time gambling and then... hunger strikes. We were near the Union Mesa so we decided to go Mexican for dinner. The restaurant is an open style restaurant, but it's not noisy. Kasie was our server. It didn't take long until we knew we had the right server. Very engaging with us. made some great recommendations on our drinks. Rose, our server was fabulous. We enjoyed our queso with beef and then we got the fajitas with chicken and shrimp (lots of onions but could have had more bell peppers). I also enjoyed a grande margarita. It hit the spot. Thank you for a great dining experience. We will be back.
Had a lovely time at Union Mesa, thanks to our waitress Katelyn, she was fantastic! Attentive without being pushy, and gave us space to enjoy our meal, which I really appreciated.
