Stopped here for a drink n bite, we were rudely treated at the Toby Keith but this ended up being a pleasant experience. Greeter/podium gentlemen was nice, Desiree was very helpful and came around a lot. Although we only had bread and calamari, it was fresh and tasty...the margarita was mixed deliciously.

Had a food credit from the casino and tried them due to long lines at the other restaurants. Large portions, super nice servers and brought home food because the prices were reasonable. For $100, I arancini, filet and veggies, berry tiramisu, took home lasagna and another dessert. All tables get unlimited salad and bread sticks.

We were told the wait would be 20 to 30 minutes. We waited for 25 minutes then saw someone get seated before us. We went up to the counter and told them that we were still waiting and sitting right next to them. Then several other people got seated in front of us. After 45 minutes, I asked to speak to a manager. The manager finally sat us, but basically did nothing. Then we sat down and waited another 15 minutes for a server to bring us water. The server came by twice And ignored us both times. We then walked out.

My favorite is the chicken parmesan and have eaten it here about once a month for several years. We were out of state for 18 months and come back and it isn't the same. The pasta and sauce are perfect but the chicken now taste pre cooked. It has a rubbery texture. I'd sure like the fresh breaded breast back.

Waitress seemed to forget about our meal saying it takes time to cook certain stuff. Spaghetti and fettuccine noodles take same time. 2 or 3 tables put there orders in way after us got their food quick. Food is good but the waitress needs to be about service and not cleaning bar glasses and downing red bulls!

What a surprise. We had a long wait at another place in the casino so we wandered in and sat at the bar. We ate there too. The blackened Salmon was amazing. Perfectly cooked. My husband had the chicken piccata and the sauce was delicious and the chicken meltedIn your mouth. Service was excellent!

For the second time this restaurant has charged my card an unauthorized charge. I did eat this restaurant and I did use my card and I do have a charge for the service I experienced however, I also have an additional charge that I did not authorize. The restaurant phone line is hidden under an automated system. If you try to call you cannot contact them about disputing the charge. So for the second time I get the dispute the charge with my credit card. Pay cash don’t trust these people.

We ordered to go1 chilled chicken pasta1 margarita flat bread/ Calamari1 blackened salmon .. we just got home and there is no salmon and there is salad instead of it .. I tried to call you guys no one answering.. not sure what the situation is like that?

This restaurant is supposed to be "fine dining" IT IS NOT! The food is not bad, but the service is deplorable,and a huge disappointment! I used to work in the service industry, so I'm very sympathetic with who may be having a bad day, BUT there's no excuse for RUDENESS! I simply asked for a bread plate. The server stated she would be bringing out the salad. When the salad came we were all still holding our bread in mid air, waiting for the bread plate, so I asked NICELY AGAIN could we please have a bread plate. She left the table , and a few minutes later she came back asking if everything was all right. I then said if I have to ask 3 times for a bread plate, I would go get the manager. I actually had to point to the bread plates on the shelf ! She confronted me at the end of the meal by saying she had heard that I made a comment about "HILLBILLIESI" which I did but only to my family. ( And in a quiet voice) I said , " Do hillbillies not use bread plates?" When she confronted me , I told her ( in a teaching manner) I told her that when a customer asks for something, you either get it for them or tell them you don't have it. She walked away saying "I hope you get the day you deserve" We were there to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Needless to say this server ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion. We spent way over $100 and it was for nothing!
