Went through the drive thru and the customer service was awful, not only from the person taking the orders, and the people at the windows, BUT FROM THE MANAGER TOO. (Tall white Man with glasses) Not the first time this has happened. Please teach your employers better customer service.

Fries old and cold. Asked for no ice in drink and was all ice. Employee was rude. Go elsewhere
Can never go wrong here! Need milk? Braum’s! Burger? Braum’s! Ice cream? Braum’s! I love it!!
Never disappoint
Got a single scoop turtle sundae which was very delicious , first time eating Braums Ice Cream. The bathroom was a bit dirty so that’s the minus one star.
If you want a burger and it has to be good, this is the place!

Love their diet limeade made with seltzer water and lime only. Not sprite.
Ordered a large mix ice cream through the drive through, was handed a small at the window and lied straight to my face saying “oh this is the new large cup”

Guy at the drive thru rushed thru my order, didn't let me finish it and then waived off and told me to tell them at the first window. At the windows, they could not understand what I wanted. Language barrier, unfortunately. So another lady walked over and did nothing to try to help, just stood there looking at the growing line out the window. The truck in front of me had gotten their order and then drove back around and to the window in front of me to get their order corrected. I finally told them to cancel the order, we'd go elsewhere and the window was slammed in my face. Wow. 0 out of 10, do not recommend. The other Braums on May fixed us right up and I'll be leaving them a great review.
