This place is terrible! Worst Braum's I've ever gone to and will never go back.

12/27/24 7:38pm, just left this location. Waited forever to be acknowledged and have our orders taken, I was not given a receipt. The drink machine in the lobby was broken and there was no regular tea out there. At first I thought it was just out of ice so I notified an employee and someone was sent into the lobby to check - they just pushed the ice button a few times then went back to sweeping and they seemed annoyed when my friend told them the whole machine was broken and she needed her drink filled from the machine in the drive thru. When they called my order number I realized I had no receipt and didn’t even know what my order number was. I realized I wanted a brownie fudge sundae so I went to stand in line behind a family who was paying for their order. This family had brought a dog inside the store and it urinated all over the floor leaving a LARGE disgusting puddle. I almost stepped in it but my friend stopped me because she had noticed when it happened as I was trying to figure out the broken drink station. Not one employee came out to clean it up or even put out a wet floor sign and I waited a decent amount of time in line waiting to order/pay/get my order.

My client loves comedy to Brahms. We go to Brahms tonight to get her a junior cheeseburger and a raspberry tea. We get all the way back to the house. She’s eating her hamburger and guess what there’s no hamburger it is only two pieces of hamburger buns, tomato pickles, tomatoes, and an onion who does that?

Must be my luck when I visit, but it's like the ice cream machine at McDonald's. They are out of either vanilla or chocolate froyo every time. Gotta have that swirl cone... Kids love coming here and the prices are great on deals.

My significant other recently bought ice cream from your establishment when she received the ice cream it was melted. Like it was cold milk. She wasn't offered a reorder nor did the cashier offer a refund. It's disheartening to go to an establishment and not only receive melted ice cream but poor customer service. He did not care that my order was bad nor did he try to fix the situation. I will never eat here again....

I came around 145 with my toddler on 9-6. The asst manager was not speaking nicely to the employees. Instead of nicely directing he just went NO NO NO NO when an employee was going wrong direction instead of using management skills and communicating what he wanted the employee to do so he already left a sour taste in my mouth. Then me and my 2 year old were eating across the lobby toward the back and could hear the same asst manager cussing about his job and the inconveniences it brings. I ended up leaving and telling him that I was trying to enjoy an afternoon of ice cream with my daughter and could hear him cussing. He just said my apologies have a good day. I think name was David but not positive. Brown hair white dude.

I ordered a #5 paid for a #5 from the lunch menu (bacon cheese, hamburger)and got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and some french fries. Thanks for the amazing service. If you don’t want to make lunch 10min early just say so. Do mess up people’s day over your ego!
