Coffee is fine but, every time I order from this place the food is practically a war crime. Ordered a sandwich on toasted bagel and came on a smashed croissant dripping in grease and not even warm or cheese melted.

I was about 20 minutes early to work then I stopped at this location and ended up being about 30 minutes late only come here if you have time to wait

Terrible i ordered bacon snack, bagel bites & a tea. They have my card and tell me no bacon. Then run my card for the rest, come back they are out of the bagels too. I just said fine credit my card please. Lady hands me $3 and walks off. So annoyed for one know what you are out off and tell me as I'm ordering then maybe just give me the tea geez 🙄. Get it together!

Don’t go here to often or they’ll get in your personal business and they always have long waits for no reason . Went here almost every morning for simple med coffee I talk to employees while waiting . One accused me of only coming to see a guy worker when I’m in a relationship. So I can talk ti women emoloyesss it’s not flirting but when I talk to men it’s flirting . I called store to let manager kniw I was uncomfortable. I was met with Blame and unconcerness . Also advised not to come back which I never was I wanted my last free coffee lol . I will be calling corp

The Auditor

I don’t understand how any company would allow such substandard, inadequate, dysfunctional, inept management with no etiquette, respect or basic customer service skills. Today on 08-27-2025 I placed a mobile order at 11:12 AM and did not receive it until 11:45 AM. I was told it was “fresh” while my mom’s coffee was cold, my frozen drink was pure milk/melted and the wraps were cold and like rubber
 the manager working this morning (Abby) had the nerve to close the drivethru window on my face mid-sentence.
That woman would allow customers to wait 20-30+ minutes but can’t tolerate a minute long critique? Her garbage attitude doesn’t belong in the customer service world. You can’t bring your out of work depression, stress and problems and reflect them onto customers
 she expected me to take her offer of waiting up front (another 30-40 minutes??) for a new order and to giver her everything back. You can’t make this up folks. The Oklahoma quality of citizens is deteriorating real fast.

I’m not coming here again. I asked for a pumpkin sugar cookie “latte” and the guy said they don’t serve that there. HOW!? Probably because I said latte and not coffee. ALSO, I asked for a pumpkin iced loaf and they gave me a blueberry donut and chocolate donut instead. I should have checked before I left. Horrible service

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order due to the parking lot being packed. Eventually went inside to find annoyed people waiting as well while the employees were just mopin around. Ended up having to leave without drinks/food.

I was at the drive-through Saturday morning at 8 AM. Had to wait 10 minutes because they didn’t make coffee!! When I got home My kids tried the donut holes. They refused to eat them. I tried them. They were horrible. Again, a drive-through took advantage of the customer $15. I paid out the door.!!!!! What a waste

They are a busy location but not having bags for delivery is unacceptable im my opinion. Customers already try and question if it’s been tempered with so having to show up with no Togo bag was really quite difficult.
