They helped us well. Everything good and regular as every other locations usually. The new person did a good job with the order I guess, however, which I feel there could have been an experienced person taking care of our order since it was 5-6 dozen 🍩 and helped us fairly well than the new person. Ps:- not her fault she was good

I'm here waiting to pick up a doordash and there's one guy working his butt off trying to get 6 items ready while what I'm assuming is the manager is walking around with her phone. The employee is doing both in store and drive thru. It looks like she's doing some type of inventory but if she sees her team struggling I don't understand why she doesn't stop for a minute to help. I've been here for over 20min now.

The people that work there are nice but some of the menu items are lacking for example the hash browns, any other place you go to they give you a decent portion but not this place they over change and you get a measly portion not even enough for a child please do better if you are going to over charge and half the time they are not even crispy
Very rude people. Refused to take a 100 dollar bill. Which I believe is illegal. Said it was company policy. Still illegal all the same. Finally got product paid for and the donut was stale and the milk was sour. Will never go here again.

My staple coffee 3 to 5 times per week. Nothing beats my large carmel machiato, 2 extra shots of espressos, Splenda added. hot. Fast through drive-through. Always served with a smile.

I get coffee every morning. Know exactly how to order it. Our 2 was supposed to be light cream and it was extra cream. Called the store and was told come back, they would remake it. Let them know how we would like it made when we arrive. Get to the store and was told it has to be made exactly how the original ticket says. Well, that don’t make sense. Because it was wrong. So now we are sitting here with 4 ice coffees going to waste. Out of coffees and money, also the second coffee that I did receive was definitely not even made how they said it needs to be originally made because it had absolutely no sugar.
