I love Dunks. I go everyday. This is the worst one I've ever been to. They are constantly out of everything and today they're out of iced coffee. Done with this place.

Visited on 5/25/2025 and waited 25+ minutes in the drive thru to be served a wrap with paper cooked into it. I know this location can get very busy but things like this should not be overlooked especially when dealing with food!

Ordered 2 dozen donuts got 3 donuts and the rest was not what I ordered. Server was rude and I was told I had no choice but to take it because “that’s what kids like”. Do better shame on you guys.

I asked for half a dozen doughnuts and the guy messed up my order. Put ones that i didnt order in there and didnt put the ones i asked for. And the doughnuts weren't good. They tasted old. I spent $15 here. Very disappointed... go to doughnut palace. They have better doughnuts. They know how to take orders and they have better prices. And it's not far from here.

Ordered a dozen munchkins this morning. Received my bad with only 2! Inside the giant bag...only 2 and the lady just stared at me like I was stupid!
