HTeaO is the BEST tea establishment we have ever been to. The service was top notch! Their prices are very affordable & the tea was well worth the drive! We WILL be making the 60 minute drive again!!

Came for a sweet tea with extra ice, but was given barely any ice. I asked if they are able to do extra ice and handed it back to her, she then took it back inside the drive thru window, then handed it back to me and said just take this and I’ll get you another cup. She then gave me another cup with ice. Which is silly and just a mess for me to deal with in my car. Not to mention when she initially handed the drink to me she said oh be careful it’s flowing out the side and top. Not sure why she didn’t just wipe it down and clean the lid before handing it off. I’ll drive the extra mile and go to another HteaO. Annoying but whatever.

I always encouraged people to go in for your preference on ice in the cup. The last time I went through the drive threw they filled the whole cup full of ice and there was hardly any tea. The staff is nice. I just want more tea and less ice in my cup. All the flavors are amazing and that there are alot of sugar free flavors is nice.

They have devised some sort of impossible way to get credit for purchases that doesn't work and thus, we don't get credit for our purchases. It used to be a simple process to scan in receipts. Some stupid programmer decided it would be cool to screw us all!
