I'm very disappointed with the service and food at this location. I ordered a large ice coffee. The coffee have more cream than coffee. I did not customize my drink. Asked for three times to correct and it still not the same. I had this problem year ago. Just want to give it another try but still doing the same thing. I don't think they can make ice coffee properly. Maybe because they are franchise, they don't make the same coffee like the corporate does. Staffs are not patient and rude.

It’s ass sandwich. When I ask for extra onions I expect extra onion on something made fresh not this old dried out bagel sandwich with no extra onions. And it’s dry. Where’s the sauce

I ordered a medium Dr Pepper extra ice and a medium order of fries, not Dr Pepper no extra ice, small fry, and someone’s hot and spicy. Second time I didn’t get a Dr Pepper.
I made the mistake of ordering delivery and they sent me RAW meat, half a thing of fries, none of my sauces, and the wrong thing. Do not order from here unless you want it completely wrong and food poisoning to boot

I used to work here so I know this is a good location, but I went here last night with a group of people and all the food we got was VERY OLD and hard and the fries were cold and crunchy. My friends and I woke up and we all had upset stomachs and felt sick. We waited in a line for over 20 minutes just to get food that made us sick.
We came on November 22nd around midnight, so per usual, the overnight staff has no empathy for the food they serve to their customers.

The employees that I encountered were great. Just really wanted hot picante sauce and but got hot mustard sauce even though I saw it was put in correctly. Dr Pepper tastes weirdly like Pepsi, not like Dr Pepper. Not sure what was up there.
