I can't say what the food was like because we sat down and decided to leave after visiting the restroom. The place is filthy. There were brooms and mops in the floor we had o walk around and the hostess that seated us was in outer space. OSHA should shut it down I can't believe anyone in their right mind would eat or drink at this place. Disgusting !

The food is good but service is trash. I always have trouble with ordering online so I try to call to place my order but no one ever answers.

The worst service we’ve experience recently food service wise. Had to track down our waitress multiple times after waiting an excess amount of time. Didn’t even get our drinks (just water) until after the food came. Food is good. Women’s bathroom however was disgusting!

I was given a hard time because I was unsatisfied with the food or service at this location. The guy would not give me a refund because they did not have a manager on duty. What type of establishment doesn't have managers on duty? They made me go to the southside location where the only manager was apparently. Be aware of this foolish piece of scum bag🚯

This was our first experience at this location. We usually go to the one on 240 And I think we will continue to go to the one on 240. My daughter and I both got the country boil and the shrimp was horribly overcooked and chewy and even dry. The crap tasted fishy.
The sausage was good, but the corn was something, I don’t know if it was overcooked or undercooked, but it just wasn’t good. All in all will stick with the other location, which is by far much better.

Great food, great service and very clean! Management is doing a great job👏🏽 Try the all flavors blend ugh, very good. I eat here a few times out of the month, the old management didn’t keep up with the place, thanks for taking over💪🏽❤️

I’m totally shocked by the reviews here, this place I’ve been to multiple times and it was clean, customer service was excellent and the food was even better. My children’s side of the family are from New Orleans and this food reminds me sooo much of them. I had the blend of all the flavors on my boil, so delicious 😋. The manager checked on me multiple times, he’s a sweet Asian man🤦🏽‍♀️I didn’t get his name. They have a hiring sign up, so that maybe the cause of delays. My family enjoys going here, I was just there yesterday on lunch and really enjoyed myself and will definitely be back. You’ve turned the place around, keep up the good work.I’ve dined at some of the best restaurants nationwide, continue the great job your doing, the previous mgmt, gave you a mountain to climb with these reviews. I ate at both locations in OKC and they taste the same, if you come after a rush and staff is low, give people a chance to clean up. I’ve never seen the filth in those photos here now. I would’ve never sat down for sure. They’ve turned it around for sure.

Tried Pier 88 for the first time while celebrating my birthday. Seriously the best shrimp I've had in probably a decade.

Waited 45 min in the middle of the days, no people, they had clean tables and the host was acting like she was busy, bad service, never coming here again.

My sister and I went to this location tonight over two hours before closing and won’t be back. There was no wait line at the door and the restaurant was practically empty, but it still took 5 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated we weren’t approached at all for our drink order. We waited another 20 minutes at the table and despite the numerous eye contact with the three girls and the two guys who were working, no one still came over to our table. We ended up leaving because of this horrible service. I recommend anyone to drive the extra time to go the Pierre 88 on W I 240-Service Road, because they will at least acknowledge your existence and attend to you expeditiously. This was my first time at this location, but I guess that’s what happens since I didn’t go to the usual one I mentioned only because it’s another 20 minute drive away. I can only imagine how this location’s service is if they were busy. Save yourself the headache and your time being wasted. Don’t come here.

This place has not been cleaned in years, the service was terrible, the boiled shrimp, black muscles, and crawfish was way over cooked . I got Cajun with medium heat and it was not good at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If your looking for some of the best seafood in Oklahoma, go to Tulsa to Blue Coast Juicy Seafood. If you go to Pier 88 you will be disappointed, with the worst service in OKC. Sorry, but it is the truth.
