I haven’t had crawfish in awhile because Pier 88 The Village has the worst damn customer service. Every time I dine in the waiter takes a million years to take my order and to even check on me. Last time I went I sat for 10 minutes no one even asked what I wanted to drink. The waitress walked pass me twice and didn’t say shit. So I got up left and never went back. I’m not one of those people to complain, but I’ve spent hella money in that place this is literally why i usually get it Togo. I will no longer give them anymore of my money

The host was rude and asked me where I wanted to sit. When I asked if I could sit at the back, she caught an attitude. However, the server was great and very nice. The food was also very very good! Also can’t get some drinks off the menu.

We unfortunately got food poisoning from the seafood boil.

The wait staff was great, the food not so much. Go elsewhere for seafood. This place is disappointing. I paid $60 for cold food.

Had been wanting to try this place for the boil. It was just okay.

I really would love to give this place more stars and will happily change my review if someone would CLEAN! We went with a large group recently with our of town family that had never tried a boil before. We had a great time, the food was much better than we expected and I would love to eat there again. HOWEVER, from the second we walked back to the large table I noticed the floor felt sticky. Given it was the end of the day I can understand so I looked past that. The next thing was the napkin dispensers being absolutely filthy. I mean I get that everyone’s hands are buttery and wearing gloves make it hard to not drop sauce everywhere, but these clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months. I had to push past that too. Our food came and was so good, service was great, the server was amazing and kept up with our crew easily! Kudos to her! I had to use the restroom and wanted to wash my hands and when I tell you I almost walked out of that bathroom I am not kidding! It was really bad. The toilets, the floor, the walls, the dispensers. I did my best to touch as little as possible. I haven’t seen a restaurant that dirty ever! Until they can decide to clean I don’t think I can bring myself to go back. Please clean guys! Bring in some professionals and get a fresh start, then clean everything daily!

I can't say what the food was like because we sat down and decided to leave after visiting the restroom. The place is filthy. There were brooms and mops in the floor we had o walk around and the hostess that seated us was in outer space. OSHA should shut it down I can't believe anyone in their right mind would eat or drink at this place. Disgusting !

The food is good but service is trash. I always have trouble with ordering online so I try to call to place my order but no one ever answers.

The worst service we’ve experience recently food service wise. Had to track down our waitress multiple times after waiting an excess amount of time. Didn’t even get our drinks (just water) until after the food came. Food is good. Women’s bathroom however was disgusting!

I was given a hard time because I was unsatisfied with the food or service at this location. The guy would not give me a refund because they did not have a manager on duty. What type of establishment doesn't have managers on duty? They made me go to the southside location where the only manager was apparently. Be aware of this foolish piece of scum bag🚯

Recommended dishes: Famous Low Country Boil

This was our first experience at this location. We usually go to the one on 240 And I think we will continue to go to the one on 240. My daughter and I both got the country boil and the shrimp was horribly overcooked and chewy and even dry. The crap tasted fishy.
The sausage was good, but the corn was something, I don’t know if it was overcooked or undercooked, but it just wasn’t good. All in all will stick with the other location, which is by far much better.

That was the first time my friend was having crab so the staff was very good and friendly he thought my friend how to eat the crab .
