drove 20 minutes to get to this nearest location was turned away 10 minutes before close due to “already counted drawer” this is the second time they have been “closed” during normal business hours. they will be closed permanently before too long if they keep it up

It took them ten minutes to START brewing the coffee. People who came in after I had already ordered my coffee were served first. Service is the worst here. I definitely won’t be back. So no Dunkin from OKC to Wichita. I’ll have to remember that every time I make that drive now!!!

Absolutely ridiculous that they not only had the worst custoemr service i have EVER experienced...buuut no bacon at a breakfast place 🙄 also no bagels..no tea..nothing at all that DUNKIN DONUTS should have.. i am appaled at the ridiculousness of the girl working the counter named Nicole. I have mever had worse customer service in my entire life!!! 😑 I will say this though the actual GAS STATION IS GREAT. MANAGEMENT/OWNER IS WODNERFUL. Buuut unless ur a truck driver or out of options skip this dunkin donuts bc theres nothing dunkin about it

Kind of experience compared to other donut shops. Way toooo much frosting. I could've frosted 2 or 3 more with what I scraped off mine! Manager is very grouchy! Needs to learn some customer service

I really dislike truck stop coffee and was excited to see this Dunkin only to be let down. Ugh

Although they are very new to this, the two guys that were on were extremely helpful and polite. I wanted a box of joe which they had never done before. They found the box, I helped them put it together but they couldnt find the cap. James called his boss but still couldnt locate it. I told them I was across the street in rv park. If they found them to text me and I would come back over and pick it up. Within 20 minutes he texted me and went over to get it. Great job by both young guys, especially James.
