They close at 10 the guy at the register told me to be back 9:30 to place an order so I did only for them to tell me I can’t order what I wanted.. I ended up with a pepperoni pizza that was already cooked! I asked for garlic sauce and peppers the guy comes for the back with a hand full of peppers with no gloves on! I asked him why he does not have gloves on he stated he has been doing this a long and he is the cleanest person there! They were at the register counting money so how is that being clean!! I will not be back to this location anymore

If I could rate it lower I would! It wasn't even what I ordered to begin with! I wanted jalapenos added to the supreme pizza and less pepperoni but instead they put more pepperoni on it and added spinach on it. Ok we could of lived with that but the delivery guy carried it sideways underneath his arm and armpit. We opened the box and it had all slid to one side! We hollered at him before he left that this was unacceptable and he told us to take up with the store! I called the store and they said they would make a new one and send out. 20 minutes later they call back and say they are closing and will send the new one the next day. Umm NO! I was hungry NOW! I cancelled my order and was surprised that the money went back on my card real quick! Since I live at Hideaway Bar Grill and RV park I called them to see if their kitchen was still open and then ordered a couple of sandwiches! I will never order from this Papa Johns ever again!

Vegetable pizza was excellent. Loaded with vegetables, not dried out! Much improved from 6 mos ago.

Canceled my order without explanation, tried to call the store and they hung up on me without talking to me. Literally just down the street, not sure why this is such an issue for them.

The folks at this Papa Johns are awesome. I asked for a delivery of 16 pizzas that they took care of it within an hour and the pizza was great. Thank you to the staff at the Papa Johns in Tonkawa!!!
