No one knows how to answer the headset. I waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru where two people drove off bc of the wait I then went to a stall and still waited an additional 30 mins till Dillon answered. While Brandon stood outside talking to someone in a blue car. kinda ridiculous don’t u think since there was like 4 cars in the parking lot it shouldn't be busy at all like come on. Tonkawa sonic is going back downhill again. Disappointing after it was doing so good.

I'm not sure who runs the store in tonkawa Oklahoma it was the worst meal ever my drink was carbonated water hamburger didn't even taste like meat plus it had cheese on it to top it off the fries straight up salt so disappointed since did they stop selling real hamburger nastiest thing I've ever had

I always get the same thing, just a mozzarella stick with ranch. Every single time they forget the ranch, EVERY SINGLE TIME. And there is a girl who works there who is very obviously not pleased with her job and always rude, speaking to customers in a rude tone. And they get orders wrong frequently

Omg speechless whoever was the Cooked today on Friday January 12 10/10 I loved my super sonic burrito so good tots perfect not to salty drink is excellent I highly recommend sonic to everyone they hardly mess up and when they do they make it right and fix stuff u rock sonic keep it

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order, my husband went to go pick it up. He was gone for 30 minutes. He let them know the name of the order and they let him sit in line while our food was prepared and sitting there, no one decided to bring it out, then tried to give us food that sat there for at least 20 minutes while all we wanted was a refund! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! This place will never not suck

Depending on the cooks on shift, I've found that my food portions would be way below minimum, now I know that you get paid minimum wage, but please at least put the right amounts of food, I ordered a sausage burrito with extra cheese about 2 weeks ago, and I found inside exactly 12 pieces of sausage with almost no cheese, thankfully the lady was very understanding of the problem and got me a remake with the right amount, customer service, immaculate, food preparation could use some work, but all in all, a 6.7/10
