Slow service , dirty dinning area, don't even have rice made for the burritos-5 stars

Traveling and stopped at this location. Excited they had breakfast because my city discontinued it. I went thru the drive-thru and noticed the restaurant looked exceptionally clean. Floors, counters, drink, machines, trash, everything. I can’t tell you how rare that is lately. Plus, the man that was preparing my food had gloves on, and I appreciated that.

Every time we come here for breakfast which has been various times. 9,10,1030. They are “SOLD OUT” of breakfast how do you sell out of breakfast when it’s supposed to be offered till 11am. Ponca doesn’t “sell out”. It’s super frustrating we have finally decided this is not the place to get breakfast.

For a Saturday they move very well sometimes restaurants get a bad rep so people being lazy that work on the weekends but that's not true I believe everything begins and ends with management.
Very sad soft tacos!! Ordered 4 but their was only enough meat on all 4 to make one!! What a waste of time!! It's sad that people caint even make a damn taco!! Very disappointed!! What a waste!!

Sat in drive thru line for 25 minutes got my food and taco shells were as if they were left out all night, weren’t even crunchy and had hardly anything in them. The bean burrito beans were like Eating grit.

This place is worthless does not have any deals that are advertised online and the worthless people won't even answer a phone so people can see what deals they have so people have to drive all the way just to get screwed around by obnoxious idiots.
