My absolute favorite place to get coffee!! The customer service is the best at every 7 Brew I’ve ever been to! have been to around 20 or more different locations and everyone of them has always had happy and smiling employees! Their prices are the BEST! You can get 2 drinks less than 1 large/Venti drink from the too many bucks place! 😉

awful experience, I went to get the 2 for $8 deal and lol I got robbed. everyone wants a good deal so it was a long wait. no biggie, its 2 for $8. I got to the front and they gave me a drink disguised as a medium but really it was a small. Why do I say that? because I ordered a drink the night before to compare it to. The drink I got today was 60% foam and had all the liquid at the bottom fully concentrated with all the sugar and diabetes. It was awful that I threw it out. I called customer service and a machine answers. Why don't the stores have their own number? can they not deal with the customer they serve? I ordered a brunette frappe and it was just a drink all of it was foam and it was too sweet because they messed up the ratio. it didnt even feel like a frappe. Overall, today was not 2 for 8. what was supposed to be a good deal ended up costing me time and money for trash.
We all go through a bad experience that makes us not want to come back and this was one of them.

We come from Eureka Springs quite often, this is by far one of our favorites! Great coffee, the employees are so friendly. Idk if the one lady is the manager or something but we see her every time she’s really awesome and fun to talk to!
