There was not a single bite taken that did not provide unbelievable flavor. The dipping broth was immaculate. The tacos were packed with perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked, carnivore satisfying portions of beef, accompanied with cheese, cilantro and onion. Lime wedges, radishes and a green and red sauce on the side to compliment the perfection. The red sauce delivered the heat I was looking for.This meal goes on record as the best single Mexican food meal I have ever had! Period!I challenge anyone to find better Birria Tacos in Tulsa. I had them cater my wedding in September 2023 for a party of 140 people. I met with Jesus who was very nice and he took care of me and my fiance, made us a plate of food to sample, it was delicious we decided to book with them. The day of my wedding they arrived late, had empty propane tanks, took a gift table and cake table to set up the food??? My in-laws thankfully had propane... I've tried calling, texting and no response, no apology and all I'm wanting is a refund for my in-laws propane tanks they used. They have great food but are not set up for a big event and very unprofessional to not even care about the satisfactory of a client with it being such a special day for someone and so many guests involved.

918Maples catered my wedding and everyone only had great things to say! The food was delicious, the servers worked so hard to keep food out, and the communication was great. I highly recommend them!

I saw the birria pizza on a review page and had to try it. I ordered the sampler as well since my boyfriend and I hadn't tried the place yet.The guys working were nice, fast, and made delicious food! I tried at least a bite of everything while there. I enjoyed all the items on the sampler but favored the beef over the chicken. The star of the show was 100% the Birria!! Delicious! The consomme was the best I've had so far, from any place in town. It is very flavorful and is the only consomme in town that I felt was not too greasy. The tomotilo green sauce was also top-notch. I asked for 3 more to take home with it.The one thing I will avoid next time, however, is the orange sauce. There was a language barrier when I asked what it was, but im pretty sure I heard "chili diablo". I barely touched it with my food just to test flavor, and it lit me up!!! Lol, if you enjoy an instant fire in your mouth, the orange sauce is for you.Brought everything home to share with my boyfriend, and it took us the next day to finish it off. I will for sure be back. They also had a few other dishes I'm excited to try. Next up I'll be getting the fish.

We went in the wrong door, but when they told us we were not in 918 Maples, we promptly left and found the right door. It was our first time, and the 918 Maples restaurant seating area isn't visible from the outside. Glad we found you!

I'm so glad we found this place. It's awesome tacos with fresh tortillas to order. Carne, Pastor and Chicken, all had so much flavor! I tried the wife's Burrias tacos, wow. Never had them like this. Check them out! Parking is limited, so you may have to hike 8n, but it's well worth it.Vegetarian options: We were told they'd make whatever you desired in the scratch kitchen.Kid-friendliness: I saw kids, didn't notice a kids menu, but wasn't looking for itWheelchair accessibility: Seems to be wheel chair accessible
