I’ve been ordering from Aesthetic Meal Prep for almost two years now, and I can’t recommend them enough! Some of my favorite meals are the Ground Turkey Taco Salad Bowl, Turkey Bacon Sandwich, Chicken Empanadas, and Zucchini Lasagna. Their smoothies are also amazing! Everything is fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
I especially love their “meals on the go” — perfect for grabbing something healthy and filling when you're in a rush. If you're looking for convenient, delicious, and nutritious meals, definitely check them out!

I was brand new today and the girl was very patient and helpful. I've only tried one of the five meals that I bought but so far it's really good! A great value for the money! Trying to be healthy and lose weight and this is perfect because it's low in calories, healthy and portion control. Just what I was looking for. And it's much fresher than any of the frozen meal kits that you get in the mail

Truck driver approved! Delicious and flavor packed meals! One of the challenges about being OTR is maintaining a healthy diet for the longhaul. These healthy meals are also cost effective, rather than eating carb dense, greasy and fatty foods at truck stops, or stocking up on highly processed microwave meals that are loaded with sodium and preservatives, for a few bucks less per meal I can have fresh food every day for the week, or freeze them to stretch them out even longer.
I've been battling to maintain a healthy weight along with high blood pressure off and on. After two weeks of strictly eating these balanced meals, my blood pressure is returning to proper levels, and not to mention, the ol belt line has gotten a lil loose! 😁
I've always found myself easily overeating on those long drives, but with the portions controlled, it takes the guess work out of trying to tally up daily calorie/carb/fat/sugar/sodium intake. They make it easy to have good eating habits!
I definitely will be a returning customer! My favorite meals are the Garlic Chicken and Beef Tacos!😋
Fantastic Food! We were referred by our health coach and can’t say enough good things. We were able to give them a list of our dietary restrictions and they made meals within our eating plan. Meal prepping was something I dreaded every weeks AMP has taken away that stress, provided great meals with variety, and given us back both time and energy. Wish we did it sooner. The weekly delivery plan is the way to go. No more stress or headache. Can’t wait to try next week’s dishes!

I have been picking up dinner from here lately and I love it! The food is always fresh; grab and go is quick and easy, or if I don’t see what I want, they’re kind enough to make it real quick.
