I was a guest at a celebration of life, it was catered by Aila's. The food was fantastic. Especially the bacon wrapped dates, and the artichoke micro pies.

We just had Aila's cater a wedding reception. First the staff on sight were wonderful and accommodating. Salads were served on the tiny bread plates instead of the glass salad plates provided. Some salads barely any and some that were full. Salads took approx 30 mins to set out. The bride and Groom were suppose to be served early -so they could visit tables during dinner. That was forgotten- no food ready. No one bothered to put out bread plates -which would been nice for the bread being served. Also no salt or pepper for anything. We had been told they could serve 100 meals in 18 minutes. We had 100 at the wedding. Dinner service was very slow-- over 45 mins for meals to come out and some were pretty cold- very disappointing. Overall took over an hour to get the salad and meals out. The meal itself- chicken-beef-mashed potatoes- and green beans was good overall. We paid for open bar for 90 people (really only had about 60 that were drinking). Paid for Open bar -extended the time for 5 hrs. 2 hours in ran out of 2 of the 4 hard liquor -tequila and vodka. They did manage to get some more- but still over an hour left to go- ran out of all liquors. That was the biggest rip off of the entire wedding- all in all would rate 2.5 stars if was an option, and give the staff 3.5 stars.

It was a really cool event to work. Some very hearty eaters. I hope we come back.

My wedding this past Saturday was absolutely amazing! The food by Aila was awesome. They took very good care of us and our guests and I've already referred a few people with upcoming weddings to check them out
