Echoing much of what others have said about their ramen being bland. I got their tonkotsu and it truly lacks depth of flavor in the broth and the pork; Jinya (which is a franchise btw) has far better tasting ramen for the same price point.
On the other hand, their philly roll is good. But you can’t really muck up avocado, salmon and cream cheese.
Overall decent sushi at an average price point. (Pictured: Philly roll and specialty roll $25 total)
I love eating at Akira at Mother Road Market. I always get the Tonkotsu Ramen and it's so good. They have the best pork belly I've ever had and the bamboo shoots are really good. My go-to for ramen.

@ Mother Road: This is a bit of a struggle bus. The staff at register are a bit lack luster and slightly rude. The cook staff seem to be a little nicer. The sushi was just okay...it's way better at H-E-B. Lack of meats choices for Ramen. Mother Road seating is nice. Rating: 1 Struggle Bus.

One of my top choices for sushi spots in Tulsa!
The Break Up, MRM, and Big Daddy roll are some of my favorites- always delicious.

Came through with my boyfriend this weekend to grab some ramen, we both got the Tonkatsu ramen with pork. The ramen bowls were awful. We tried to tough it out because they’re expensive, but the further we got into the bowl, the worse it was. I usually would never ask for a refund, but it was truly that bad. The cashier I spoke with started to refund me, but the manager came up front and refused to refund us due to some food being missing from the bowls. The cashier did say that the cook rarely changes the broth & that may be the reason. Terrible food and even worse customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here.

As a representation of Asians in Tulsa. We call out this so-called "asian" restaurant" for its absolute bland Ramen and bland sushi of all time. The broth tasted nothing like a rich pork broth is supposed too and overall you couldn't taste onion, garlic or anything. The pork wasnt seared like it's supposed to. Just looks like it was boiled in with the broth. The atmosphere gets 3 stars because it's just in a shopping mall food court. Service was great with friendly workers.

We were Alittle nervous when we arrived cause looked alittle rough but the food was absolutely delicious. Waiter was so friendly, we got Afew of the more exotic rolls and they had crazy flavor profile and we really enjoyed each one. The crab Rangoon was also delicious, more “crab flavor” than most we’ve had. Not just a sweet treat, everything that was supposed to be crunchy had a lovely crunch. We are many in town long but we will probably stop by again before we leave, cowboy roll, Cajun roll, and OMG roll are something I’ll have to have again

Don’t order ramen from here!
I have had way better ramen for less. Don’t get ramen from here if you know what good ramen tastes like, you will be disappointed.
Got the miso ramen with chicken:
Noodles seem cheap and lame
Chicken is not good
Bamboo shoots seem cheap and not good
Haven’t had their sushi, so can’t comment on that

My sushi roll was supposed to come with spicy sauce. When I went to pick up my food I did not see any sauce. The lady at the front desk said "it's inside". No ma'am, it was not inside the roll. There was no sauce at all. Not my fav sushi place.

Crunchy roll just lacking much flavor. If it hadn’t of been for the wasabi adding flavor, I would have rated as a 2.

Asked some questions about the food and the kid taking our order made a smart comment under his breath food was okay not good enough to be bumping your gums to customers

Ramen looked okay, but the chashu was super thin and the broth tasted heavily of sesame. I've had actual Japanese ramen, so I know what tonkatsu ramen is supposed to taste like, and it's clearly not this.
