Food is consistently good. Both mild and spicy sauces. Generous portions of side dishes. We typically split a platter with 3 meats and 2 sides. We've always had good service here. Don't care for paper towels for napkins or food on a baking sheet lined with paper but if it keeps costs down, I'm all for it.
There was no crowd on Monday at 2 pm. There is plenty of seating. I did a walk in to-go order. I went to the restroom and when I came out, my food was ready! The BBQ here is very good! I got chopped brisket, ribs, mac and cheese, and baked beans. Delicious!
Still our go-to for comfort food and watching the game. The staff accommodated our wish to watch softball over baseball and we discovered that their small platter is a great way to combine eating in with plenty of take-home for the rest of the weekend.
