I love their coffee! It's not a pathetic small size like lots of places and it's a strong taste but not bitter (the golden eye is the BEST). However the hours they are open is iffy. Internet and the website says they open at 7am and close at 8, but the store doesn't open until 8am. And the other day they had a sign saying they close at 3pm. They should probably update their hours.

I have a lot of great friends at Whole Foods but ever since Amazon took over it's been a slow slide to s**** One complaint. The new lids leak... the have leaked on me about 5 times now. Get lids that fit right Whole Foods. P.S. the paper straws you carry also suck and disintegrate within moments of entering my drink and are useless. Rant over.

This is the best place to pick up goodies for my son in Korea who misses his favorites. Sometimes we simply sit and enjoy a bowl of good soup. Yes, the staff is always great.

Not a big fan of this Whole Foods. Compared to the WF at 91st and Yale this is almost more like a Warehouse Market than a WF. It is the closest one to where I live which is why I shop there but I have found that if I am looking for a number of items that I can get at almost any other WF in the country, they don't have them here. What I really find insulting though is that there are a number of items I shop for that are priced MUCH higher than the WF on 91st. The fresh OJ is a great example, $12.99 at 41st street WF vs $9.99 at the WF on 91st. That's $3 more per 1/2 gallon at an inferior store. Since it has opened this location has always been more of a reduced WF, much the same way that the Trader Joes down the street is a reduced version of the Trader Joes you see in other states. Very disappointing.

This vegan wants to like Whole Foods very badly. Trader Joe's I define as having vegan options, but not being vegan friendly. Sprouts has the open storage bins that Whole Foods has now adopted, rather than the dispensers. Whole Foods make it hard for me to like them. The last two times I bought garlic it turns soft and grows within a week or two. Today I tried the Tres Latin Foods kale and pinto beans pupusas. They were frozen together, so obviously Frozen thawed and refrozen.

My experience with the kind (and funny!) man in the body section was sorely contrasted by the cashier named Agape who has yet to differentiate between the energy and body language one gives out on a very intimate level with someone wishing that and professional demeanor and body space. It was unfortunate and gross Edit: I was given the generic corporate response (pretend concern/no effective solution) and, essentially (I'm assuming because most of the staff is younger and (unfortunately) might resort to immaturity without good leadership), much of the rest of the staff started to treat me with malicious compliance (patronization, uncomfortably close interaction coupled with feigned friendliness). It's sad I hope the nice man in the body section has another place to go to when he tires of this melee :b

Let me start by saying I love Whole Foods! But this location always fails to meet the expectations that one has when purchasing from a Whole Foods Store. I have been here twice now to shop & get sushi, and the sushi is not good unfortunately. Last time I came, I gave the benefit of the doubt and tried again. The sushi today was very very bad tasting as well as the rice extremely dry. It's super disappointing because I do love Whole Foods but I think I will just stick to purchasing groceries and no longer eat lunch here. This store is okay, however, I will purchase lunch somewhere else from now on. The ready-made items are just not up to par compared to other Whole Foods stores.

DO. NOT. WORK. HERE. The "leadership" is demanding, insensitive, rude, they harass their team workers, they cut hours and demand more work load then reprimand you if you don't complete 12hrs worth of work in 6hrs, you don't get guaranteed breaks, most of the time there's no one else in your section of the department, so you're left to do literally every task by yourself while also handling guests requests. The entire store's leadership is crooked and will fire anyone that corporate tells them to fire, regardless of that person's excellent work or excellent guest experiences. No one there cares about their people working, all they care about are sales money and waste money. Money money money. That's all Amazon cares about. This is NOT the Whole Foods from before Amazon's time. This is Amazon, period. The workers work for Amazon, not Whole Foods. Amazon is the worst employer in America, and they've made Whole Foods into one of their corporate bullsh*t clowns.

Literally the best, freshest juice I have ever had in my life. The girl working Alexxus, helped me pick out what was best for me, then helped me modify my drink to make it taste PERFECT! Just take all my money Whole Foods, I can tell this is my new go to place for the freshest juice and best customer Service!!!!

This Whole Foods is the oldest store I have encountered. It needs a facelift. It is clean, but very dated. Also, there aren't any outlets to plug in your laptop while enjoying your coffee. Probably better to go to Starbucks.

Located in Whole Foods Market. Staff was great and coffee was awesome. When you say macchiato, they make a real macchiato not the Starbucks version. That and a cannoli and you got a great morning break.

Not a good experience at this Whole Foods. It was only around 6:30 pm and the salad and ready-made bar were totally picked I've with out refills. The area was messy. They did not have soup lids. We wandered around waiting for them to refill the empty lettuce at the salad bar for awhile until we just decided to ask someone that worked there. Upon refilling, there was a mad rush as I guess a lot of other people had been waiting. It was a little less than 10 minutes that we waited before finding an associate. Not good.

I got some pizza and soup from their little thing where you can get food that's already made, and the lady giving me my pizza gives me the grease loaded slice, instead of the other, healthier slice without 747384728 lbs of grease on top. Also, when I checked out, the dude put my pizza point down and the soup at the bottom of the biggest bag they had so it ended up spilling a little in the bag! I could've EASILY carried the pizza and the soup could've gone in a *much* smaller bag. Finally, a teeny tiny bag of fancy chips was a dollar! Now a dollar is cheap for a large sized bag, but not one of the tiny single serving bags. This place is so expensive for it to not be perfect
