Booked Ally Cat for my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner at American Solara. Working with Nick was very easy from start to finish. Nick has an excellent reputation and is noted for his ribs. Nick has probably catered hundreds of rehearsal dinners over the years. We knew we were in good hands. Pricing was fair and we even had a few leftovers! Everyone raved about the food especially the ribs and corn! Highly recommend!

Super cool spot with amazing food! The BBQ was so so good. Probably the best in town.. it's a food truck right next to the marshall brewery .. u can eat inside or out. Super awesome place. So stop by and get ya some burnt ends and ribs!! Thanks and we will be back for sure.

Wow! Great food and great people. So friendly and they can cook some bbq. Had burnt ends, ribs, pulled pork, street corn and tried some of the smoked salsa. All delicious and amazing.
