My husband and I went here for a little post-lunch treat. It was very good! A little pricey, but I greatly enjoyed my treat. The service was prompt and friendly. Would recommend!

I ordered a medium, normally a small but decided to do a medium this time because I loved the flavor and this is how it came. 1/4 of it not even full at the top. Is this even normal? Feels kinda like a rip off. I called the store and of course no one answered and I had to leave a voicemail. I was going to go back around in the drive-through but didn’t want to be judged or make it seem like I was complaining/being a Karen but at this point it feels like I definitely did not get the full serving and with as expensive as things are and I was only coming to try to cheer my sick son up and treat a tired mama (myself) this was disappointing.

First experience at Andy's. Freezing temperatures outside, and we were the only people in the drive thru. The employee CAME OUTSIDE to take our order and then ran back in to meet us at the window. From ordering to driving away I think the entire experience was one minute. And the custard was delicious. Big props to this employee for still going above and beyond during down/slow time. Idk if they're supposed to do that but meeting us at the drive through in this weather was highly unexpected. Absolutely will come again

Can’t ever get anything right. Second time. I order a chocolate malt. I don’t want vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup. I want chocolate custard with malt powder. How hard is it to make that. And the bad thing is they ask me how I want it and still make it wrong. I don’t understand why.

The staff today was hands-down, the most respectful quickest, most legit staff I’ve ever dealt with at any customer service location I would 10 out of 10 to anybody best ice cream in town. Shout out to Isaac specifically Who took my order and took care of me. He’s got a bright future ahead of him and they should be ecstatic to have him working for their company.

Tastes amazing but the service or help should I say just keeps getting worse and worse. Kids will mess up your order and you ask them to fix it and they act like it's a problem or it's bothering them. Even tho they messed up your order. Do they fix it? No they do as lil as possible. I asked for a large concrete and they made me a sundae. When I brought it up. They just blended it and put in small cup which is not a large at all. When I'm paying that much for ice cream I would like a lil better service.
